I'm a fan of Storz & Bickel vaporisers and decided to try their Crafty +. It's another excellent tool which can easily fit in a pocket. As always I purchased this through MagicVaporizer. They've always offered their products at a very competitive price and dispatched each order promptly. So 5 stars for the crafty and 5 stars for the excellent service by the retailer, magic vaporiser.

Absolutely awful customer service. I now have an email trail of about 40+ emails trying to resolve an issue for a device that cost £350..can’t speak to a human. They are very keen to give me lots of things to try but no replacement. Would definitely not recommend using this shop

I contacted Magic Vape after my Vmax developed a fault. During the same day contact was responded to and the warranty honoured after I suppliied proof of the fault. The new device arrived a few days later. Comms with their customer service were excellent and a truly stress free process.

I've used their service in the past a few years ago when I bought an Xmax vaporizer, for one reason or another the product was defected and after contacting their customer service they were quick to resolve the issue with a full refund or credit, I chose credit and purchased a desktop vaporizer.

I’ve ordered from this place a few times, spent over £600 with them in total first order was fine but they really don’t appreciate you at all. They just want to take as much money as possible from yourselves. Won’t ever buy from them again there are plenty of other vape sites with way cheaper prices so please be wary when buying from this company.
