Excellent

Trustworthy company. Best price and quick dispatch. Delivery with PIN code felt safe. Not sure if it was a Christmas special but there were a couple of sweets in the delivery box haha.

I purchased a expensive vape before…

I purchased a expensive vape before Christmas and it arrived and it doesn't turn on .
I've tried everything possible to get it to work as I have the previous generation to this and I've been given the complete run around!
There is no number to call and they email and ask for videos pics , explanations etc and have done absolutely nothing I've asked for a return address to return my product to and been told there waiting for manufacturers to get back to them.
I bought the item off of magic vaporiser not them!

All the stress and headache over a stupid vape .
Id never buy anything off them again and wouldn't recommend dealing with this type of company

DPD + customer service = Bag of sh*t

I spent £389 on my product and was told it would arrive Monday… Monday arrives and I get a message from DPD saying they attempted to deliver which was complete lie as I have a camera doorbell… didn’t think that through did they?! After this my delivery is re arranged for today to which it arrived while I was not in but I asked the driver through my doorbell to leave outside and gave him the PIN required. He then told me he can’t leave it outside (even though it’s MINE!) and walked away with MY order which I paid for! Now won’t receive until the 29th. Spoke to customer service and they couldn’t do jack! Thanks for nothing magic vapourizers!! You’ve lost my custom. Anyone looking to buy a vaporizer id recommend VapeFiend much faster delivery time and customer service actually help you.

Need resolution

Im having the same problem as a few others, bought from them before and been great. But now have been sent a faulty devise and being told its just a configeration problem and was sent details to fix it myself, and im not happy to do this, so asked to return and get a refund as its within the 30day return window under my consumer rights of receiving a product that is not functioning as it should, which is classed as faulty, whether its a configuration problem or not, as im being told its not faulty, but if it doesnt work its faulty regardless of the reason, and feel like im going round in circles as after numerous emails, theres still talk about, warranty activation? why would they need my details to activate a warranty on a devise im sending back for a full refund under my consumer rights. So now having to open a case with paypal to get it sorted as this isnt how it should be, and i have a long term illness so i do not have the energy for this. They are not a bad company hense the 3 stars but their processes need changing in regards to resolving issues and returning for refunds as if they dont this will be their downfall. Hopefully it will be resolved soon but it shouldn't be this way.
Update... been a month now since i first contact the company 8th dec, still not resolved, still no refund, paypal case should be resolved within the next week within line with them giving the company a chance to resolve, which obviously they havnt, as they said as soon as they received it back they would confirm what i was saying, even though i sent a video and a screen shot of this, then refund, they confirmed before Christmas that they had it back and still no refund.
Thats me done now, will never buy from them again.

Missing items and no response from customer service

I spent £300 on a Venty vaporizer and some extras as a gift for my partner for christmas. I received the extras but not the vaporizer (the main gift). I contacted customer service immediately who I spoke to and got correspondence from on the 16th December. I answered all their questions and sent photos and now I’m receiving no response. All I wanted was a replacement but with it getting nearer to Christmas and no response, I’ve had no choice but to reorder the vaporizer from another website. I’ve reached out to customer service again hoping for a refund at this point 🙄

So far I've had promise of next day…

So far I've had promise of next day delivery, a non existent DPD tracking number, email with no link. Nearly a week later and no info and no package. I've emailed twice through their customer service portal but thought I'd have a go here as well seeing as some people have said they've had some response from doing this. Order placed 9th December with free next day delivery, apparently.

Edited to say that customer services have replied that there was an admin error and that the wrong carrier was used and that my parcel is ready for collection. Bad communication really, hence still only 3 stars.

I have paid £134 not received any…

I have paid £134 for a vape and 5x screens not received any notification or anything from anybody, customer service looks fake as well and don’t reply, scammers ,
I called DPD customer service and they only printed a label but not sent the stuff, and its now marked completed but never sent they rob me

Delivery company has been a joke got a email saying delivery would be on Wednesday 3pm i get text saying it'll arrive at 11 am I'm no where near home so can't get it . I rearrange it for Friday get a email will be 24 hour delay but it won't be delivered now till Monday that's if it appears . Tried to contact magic vaporizer but it's all set answers so can't speak to any one . As for vape I'll update when it eventually arrives but i won't buy from any company that uses DPD

Customer service was top notch

Customer service was top notch. I received my delivery next day. There was a lid missing which was minor in essence. Once I emailed them about my problem it was sorted within minutes and I received the product within a couple of days. No hassle at all. I will look forward to ordering again cheers 👍

Dont trust this shoddy company. Spelling mistakes in a postcode

Customer service is non existent. Dpd hit a new low today. Only had parcel at local office since 29th, 4th delivery day and not been out once for delivery changes at 3-4pm every day to next day. Been emailing back and forward for 2 days saying there is a problem with my order. Wont listen to me or contact dpd. My tracking says to give me code by 1700 and not the 1400 like usual. Wont order nothing again. Wanna not miss a digit in my postcode. Whats that all about. Worst customer service going new on monday the 1st about issues and now only just investigating after saying wait till tomorrow for 2 days we have been in contact and it will be out for delivery today. Herd that 3 days in a row.

Good price, poor customer service

Good prices and fast shipping, however when I contacted them about a faulty devic, their representative Alicia told me to repair it myself despite the fact the device is still in warranty and me poking around the internals would void that warranty. I'm not an electronics repair technician, I'm a civil servant. I'm not trained to repair devices as Alicia told me to do, nor is it the customers responsibility to repair a faulty device that is under warranty

Item not received

NEGATIVE REVIEW

Complete disappointment. DPD made only one delivery attempt — I was at work, my wife didn’t know the code, and the promised second attempt never happened. The parcel was sent back to the sender.

MagicVaporizers never replied to any of my messages. Zero communication. Now I have to get my money back through the bank.

Definitely do not recommend.

Excellent service.

They had everything I was looking for and were better value than most. Delivery was next day and free, and knowing the driver needed a pin number to hand over the package was reassuring. I had a few sweets chucked in too, so I'm very happy with my purchases and the service. Would highly recommend.
