Do not use this company waited over a month for £463 keep getting told the same thing over and over it does not take this long to check details or send it to my account!! Scammers!!!

If i could give this site minus stars i would!! Get told up to 21 working days to get withdrawl but its now 35 days and still no money! Do not use this site as its by far the worse site i have ever been on!!

Contacted my bank they said all the payments have gone to all different merchants even a silver ware shop! Its a huge scam you will not get paid! Banks cannot do anything as we have approved the payments they said there is no way they can do a charge back! Expensive lesson learnt!

This site is absolutely a scam!! I withdrawed about 2-3 months ago never received the money, constantly sent emails, live chats kept telling me to wait 7-21 days to do the checks which I think is strange anyway because I’ve never known any other gambling site to do this. Anyone have any tips on how to receive your withdrawal?

I made my first withdrawal request 2 weeks ago for £700 which was processed within 24 hours. I made a further request last week for £800 and then read these reviews. The withdrawal wasn't processed after 2 days, so I panicked and assumed that I wouldn't get payed however the payment landed in my bank today. I love the slots available and have has a very positive experience .

Won £180 5th of November 2024 still waiting for withdrawal, very polite told be patient. I'm not very optimistic reading the rest of the reviews. 😔

I had about £3-400 winnings in the account after the welcome bonus offer and it had been fully wagered and ready for collection. I send my ID for verification and it failed. Fast forward a few hours I logged back in and my balance was at 6p.

I immediately logged into the chat to see what happened and they claimed I had spent it, which was completely not true so I asked them for the proof of asked have I been hacked. The website also kept logging me out and I explained all this. I thought it may if been a glitch so I left it and went back later and the log in kept saying access denied so once again I went to the chat who claimed that I spent the money myself and I went into chat told them I was hacked and asked to have my account closed.

None of this happened I asked them was I hacked but I certainly never asked for the account to be closed. They also tried to claim failed deposits where made multiple times from my bank which is also lies the bank has no record if it. I asked for an investigation to which they said you are no longer out customer and the account cannot be reopened and just ended the chat.....

Absolutely disgusting behaviour even if I was hacked....which I wasn't, this response to the situation was absolutely horrible and they clearly just stole the money and didn't care about it.

Avoid at all costs, if your on GameStop just stop all these non GameStop sites are a joke and will find some way not to pay out or scam you

Update, do not use this site. Ace customer service live chat advisor blocked me from ever doing live chats because I asked if it was a scam. Cho, Becki also been poor advisors who show no empathy and shut chats. Now not able to contact. That shows, this is a scam and I will be going to trading standards.

Update on my previous review. This company is scum I waited 2 months got nothing and was blocked from their chat. My advice is claim a charge back through your bank. Be adamant about it and if your bank says they won't help say you'll get the financial ombudsman service involved. Got my money back shortly after that. Gather many screen shots of correspondence with this rat of a company by email chat and proof of your winnings. Also never use them in the first place and save yourself the trouble.
