customer services Rubbish refund please i still haven’t received my refund or my order even though the courier had admitted that it was lost. I’ve had many emails back saying they will give me a percentage or send me another parcel refund

My parcel was lost and I have sent loads of emails. Get a reply. Days later saying there’s been a system error how many times can you have a system error? Just wanna get this sorted now. I’ve been in touch with a courier who is informed me that has been lost. I’ve sent them the email to confirm still waiting for a reply, .my order no is 119493 are you going to sort out a refund

I’ve only purchased the XXL drying…

I’ve only purchased the XXL drying cloth and it’s beyond amazing! I’ve even got my neighbour using it! I made a second purchase and will continue to use these!
I am a cleaning queen and have tried so many different products but nothing compares to this product! You won’t regret it, it’s worth every penny! 😊👍

Not cheap but worth it!

I have placed 3 orders with this company and all have arrived within a reasonable time frame. My favourite is the bathroom drying cloth which I have had for a couple of years.Using this after a shower on shower screen, tiles and taps mean I never have water marks or limescale and they dry pretty quick. Not cheap but having used them I think they are worth it.

UNWANTED ITEM FOLLOW UP

I ordered this item once and somehow it has been treated as an ongoing subscription. This was not my intention. I asked for it to be ceased on 13 Feb but I have now discovered that a further payment has been debited from my bank account.

The magic wipe is really magical

We recently revamped our bathroom, taking out the bath and replacing it with a big walk-in shower. We initially purchased a rubber blade to clean the glass, it was okay but not perfect. Then I saw an advert for Magic wipes, all I can say is you will not be disappointed. It cleans perfectly with minimal effort. Try it yourself, you’ll love it !!!

Ordered six 40 x 60 clothes

Ordered six 40 x 60 clothes. I received one 40 x 60 and two very small clothes.
I've emailed the company with no response.
Not used the clothes as l assume they will want the wrong sizes returned.
I'm now worried this is not a trustworthy company

Scam company

(Update from below review, as at 24/02/26:

Order placed 12/01/26

I have now written a further three emails, asking for my money back as the product was never received.

Not only did I receive a lie, promising a new one had been ordered and they had even contacted the courier to ensure delivery, I advised them that the tracking they provided for the ‘new order’ was exactly the same as the original. Still no change in status.

I was assured it would be updated as it made its journey, and can confirm, that two weeks later, it has still not changed.

I was offered a 50% refund, which I queried, given I never received my order so did not deem it remotely acceptable that I should be penalised from getting the balance of my full refund.

Two further emails to them and I am still being ignored. No refund, no replies and no order.

This is truly one of the most scamming companies I have ever ordered from and I urge anyone to think twice before buying from MagicWipe).

If I could have voted 0 stars, I would.

I placed my order at the beginning of January, paying almost £20. My order never arrived.

No matter how many times I contacted the company support, I just kept getting sent the same tracking link, which had not changed or updated for weeks.

They ignored three emails before eventually refunding me £8. Not even half of what I paid and no explanation or answer to my emails as to where the rest of my refund is.

I am now being actively ignored. They have taken my money, given me nothing for it and are ignoring my requests for help to remedy this.

No cloth is worth the headache and number of emails I’ve had to send, to get absolutely nothing in return. It’s not about the amount they owe, it’s the fact they have taken my money and I have no way of getting it back.

Truely magic

I kept on seeing these magic wipes advertised so i ordered them and they are amazing my squeegee has no job now as the magic wipes leave no streaks or marks in fact I’ve never seen my glass in my shower looking so like brand new, please give them a try and you won’t know how you managed with out them.

Fantastic product, now using daily, but also affected by long delay in delivery and lack of response to messages

I decided to write a review as I spent several weeks after my order thinking I’d been scammed as I was consistently unable to track my package through their regular emails and they were not replying to my messages. I did, in the last few days before my delivery, discover that their website offers a proper tracking option so that helped to ease my concerns. Since receipt of the cloths I can confirm that they are as brilliant as claimed - they make cleaning glass, showers and chrome so much easier and I’m very impressed with my purchase. I had originally subscribed but was able to cancel it easily when I realised I had enough for my needs. They wash and dry easily and I am now using them daily to maintain my bathrooms. Great product which doesn’t help itself with the long delivery times and poor customer service but worth the wait!

Honestly love this product!

Honestly love this product!! I’ve spent years trying to find a cleaner for both my granite worktop and shower doors. This cloth only needs water and leaves granite, mirrors and glass doors sparkling, with no smudges or smears!!! I use it everywhere!!!

I've taken a couple of weeks to write a…

I've taken a couple of weeks to write a review as I wanted to use the cloths a few times to give an honest review.
I'm completely in love with these cloths, that do exactly what you see in their promo video. I use them daily on shower screen, mirrors, tables, cooker hob and anything else I can !! My kitchen units are not glazed and after trying various products to keep the doors from finger prints, magic cloth is the best product I've found. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

Ordered what I thought were 3 magic wipes & wash bags. Then received an additional email to say “thanks for subscribing” & they’d be taking money on a regular basis! Although I got an email rather promptly advising they had cancelled the subscription, it’s still showing up as them scheduling to take payment soon. This is very misleading to the buyer, so be careful!

Poor quality no refund

Order 112853 as noted in my original email to you.
Ordered extra bits from the website which are absolutely terrible quality and look as if they come from temu. The dustpan and brush I ordered is unusable as it did not come with anything to connect the poles. I complained and one email said I’ll have to pay to return the goods. When I pointed out that the brush was faulty and unusable they have not responded. I would avoid this company big time. The actual cloths I ordered at least look as advertised but the rest of the products look like temu. Awful.

Package not arrived

Package not arrived, no tracking number, when i track the order number given on the website it says order does not exist. Sending emails asking me to review the product that I haven't received but can't respond to a simple question asking them to provide me a tracking number.

Communication has been extremely poor and for the prices charged I just wouldnt bother.
