A scam. Took my money, sent no merchandise and the site is down.

This company and its products are to be avoided at all costs. They are just thieves, pure & simple. Advertise a product that doesn’t exist and charge you for something you never receive. Criminals. Disgrace that Facebook allows companies like this to advertise on its platform. They have sent me tracking information showing a delivery to somewhere in Florida - I live in UK! Now won’t answer emails, so will be trying to get my money back via the credit card company.

This company should get no stars. I received fairy lights for a mason jar when I ordered lights for my Christmas tree as are advertised on the site. I have been emailing, as this is the only way to get in touch, and have only received one response from a woman named Charlotte. The response said that "my order is indeed the lights i ordered. that they are sorry that the product does not satisfy me." that's it! No, we will refund you 100% as the website states. No, I'm sorry you received incorrect item. No, let me take care of this for you and reimburse you. Nothing along those lines. I have been emailing every week since November 2020. I'm very irritated and annoyed that they are not reimbursing me. it is false advertising. The company is awful and should be put out of business.

I can only reiterate what others said. Ordered 1 set and the 2nd set was added to my order and charged accordingly. Took ages to arrive and 1 or the sets does not work at all. Poor quality and much better value to be had elsewhere.

Its a scam - Do not buy anything from this shop. They do not send the product, but take your money!

I was originally very optimistic for the lights I ordered. Thought I'd bagged a bargain because they were on sale! Customer service seemed ok when I had a query about delivery. Oh how wrong I was. The lights are awful quality, they work nothing like how they are advertised, the app they use is possibly one of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of downloading. Everything about this company, their products and anything to do with them is a complete and utter disappointment. I would wholeheartedly advise to never go near this company.

Website said individually controllable LED light set.
First, I was charged for an additional two sets a few minutes later! So roughly £150!
I complained and tried to cancel the additional sets, they said I couldn't as it had already been shipped - I sent the email 6 minutes after ordering and they replied almost immediately. They had not been shipped.
I did receive them all, eventually, but they are cheap, very cheap, bluetooth controllable lights that are in no way individually programmable, just flash in sequence of three's and you can adjust the colour.

Now the web site has gone and their customer service emails are bouncing back.

This is a scam. Sent numerous emails, never had a reply and never received any lights. The tracking number they give you is made up. Never buy anything from here!!!

Scam. One website has already disappeared. No response to emails.

Scamming, there are a huge amount of copy paste website using pic of another real brand.
