The apartment is in a perfect location. Giovanni is incredibly attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It was lovely meet Marta too. They were both so hospitable. The apartment has everything you need for a stay and is close to everything and yet quiet and safe. Local bars and restaurants and great shops for food. A definite go to place in Siena.

I have to say, meeting Giovanni was like reuniting with an old friend. He greeted us at checkin, helped us with whatever we needed during the stay, helped us at checkout, and even showed us his private garden, which was lovely. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and thoughtfully equipped. It is indeed on a quieter street, although at times there were motorcycles and/or people passing. I would have no hesitation recommending others to stay at Giovanni's apartment, and would gladly stay there again.

Giovanni was great! Greeted us on arrival. Explained everything. Checked in on us. Gave us tips! Place was within the walls of Siena and walkable everywhere and close walk to train and bus stations. Place was cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend and go again!!

Repeat customer! This place is amazing! Location is nestled in the heart of Siena. Amazing restaurants around the corner! This two bedroom place is perfect for a couple, two couples or solo travelers. There is a washer! Giovanni and Marta are the most amazing hosts! Ask for advice on wine tours, restaurants, activities but the couch is also comfy if you want to take a nap after lunch and relax! I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait!

We rate Magione 10 as excellent on all points. The cleanliness of the property, the clear and friendly communication, the overall condition of the house, and the lovely surroundings all made this stay a real highlight.

What stood out the most was the warm and personal contact with the owners, Giovanni and Marta. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The accommodation itself is spotless and clearly very well cared for.

The location is ideal: just outside the busiest tourist area, which means you can enjoy some peace and quiet, while still being within walking distance of all the beautiful sights in Siena’s historic centre. Within minutes, you’re at the Piazza del Campo or exploring the charming streets of the old town.

A perfect place for anyone wanting to experience Siena!

We stayed in several places in Italy on our trip but our experience at Magione 10 surpassed any place we have edger stayed. Before we arrived, our host helped us create our itinerary maximize our time, provide us with rich and authentic experiences and keep our expenses to a minimum. He provided us with wine and had a wine collection and recommendations. The place was in the perfect location. We were amongst all the locals. Our host lived close by and was able to attend to any needs or questions quickly. The place was updated and decorated with pieces that reflect his love for his country and for Sienna. He was so welcoming and gave us a private tour of his gardens at the end of our stay. We wouldn’t even think of another place to stay on our next trip to Sienna. If the place was not available, we would try to find a date to visit when it was. That is because, his home wasn’t just a place to stay; it was a warm, authentic and welcoming cultural experience.

We had a great stay in Siena at Magione 10. Super location, quiet at night. Giovanni and family warmly welcomed us, provided recommendations, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for more, grazie mille!

What's not to like. This house is so well equipped, designed and comfortable. I honestly didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The bed was that comfortable. The shower is large with lots of hot water with a heated towel rack that actually works! The kitchen has everything from a toaster to a nutcracker. The location was great, near the train station and in the old town. Our host, Giovanni, is the best. He sent us a list of his favorite resturants and great street food. All his suggestions were amazing. We travel 80% of the year, and believe me we enjoyed our 5 days in this beautiful home. The attention to detail and design of this home is of the highest standard.

Magione 10 is perfectly located in the medieval center. The accommodations are very well appointed with all that you may need. If driving, parking becomes an issue. No worries, as the location of Magione 10 is very close to the Porto nearest the train station. If driving, pull over at the gate and drop suitcases with your companion. Send your companion to meet your host, who is a multigenerational Sienese. Go park at the train station with your grocery list in hand. As you come up from parking, enter into the mall and the large Pam grocery store is on the left. From there, up escalators and moving sidewalks to street level, one block from the Porto you just left. Easy! As for the apartment, very comfortable beds, very nice kitchen, washing machine in the step down cellar (Watch your head), comfortable sitting area, and excellent hot water and pressure. You are situated in a more quiet area of this bustling medieval village. This is very good to get away from the crowds. Giovanni’s attention to a grand experience in Siena is natural for him as a host. He knows all the best restaurants, places of interest, and how to get about the area. Trust his input! We stayed 5 nights and wanted to stay longer. Magione 10 is the ONLY place we will stay in when in Siena.
