I ordered a piece of gardening equipment. When it arrived, there was a problem with the welding. I emailed Magna and received a reply almost right away and a replacement was dispatched the same day.
The customer service that I received was excellent.
Bought plastic garden cloches, 20 in pack. Excellent value and excellent customer service. Would definitely purchase again
The racks did not hold a standard bottle of wine. Such a pity as the quality was good but sadly unusable.
Product came broken but got full refund won’t be buying here again
The ordering and delivery were good. I was not really impressed with the instructions but worked it out. Not rocket science. Seem to have some nuts left over!
I like the trolley, just right for my Machine embroidery bits. It keeps them tidy.
We recently ordered 2 record cases. One arrived damaged, and both were packaged as though they had been opened and resealed. After contacting Magnaretail, a very helpful lady called Jane sorted it out very quickly and sent a replacement. The damaged version was returned. Not sure if we would want to use them again though.
I would have loved to give A 5 star review. But I am still awaiting delivery of my order. Communication with the company is great unfortunately the carriers they used have got to be the worst in the country. AN UPDATE IS THAT THE PARCEL NEVER ARRIVED. Magnretail kept in contact with me and they kept apologising to which I told them off ,it was completely out of their control how the couriers handle
True to form Magna retail arranged for a replacement order to be sent out but because it comes from a 3rd party warehouse the couriers chosen was Yodel BIG mistake. Long story Check with my review on Trustpilot for Yodel In Post.
