I initially gave a negative rating of 1 star because I thought I had not received a reply to an email and the package was not sent in time.
I did receive a reply after filling in the contact form and the customer service was extremely friendly and helpful

After leaving my review they did indeed contact me and we are now working on a soloution.
Now they reply quickly to emails.

Ordered on the 8th of July and the website stated that it will be delivered within 1-2 business days. That that's not always possible I understand.
However, 4 business days later I still haven't received anything, other than a order confirmation. So I decided to send an email on the 13th of July - no response.
I send a second email, tried to contact them on instagram - still no response. After searching for hours on their website, I finally find a phone number and try to call - number not in use.
All in all, I can say, I'm pretty sure I got scammed.
