While you receive good customer service when you are potentially going to buy something. The after service is lacking. I ordered a 10kg front loading washing machine and it was installed by Magness Benrow staff. However, I've had an 'error 10' message come up since my first use. No reply from Magness Benrow when I contacted them, so I contacted Fisher and Paykel to help me. So it's very much a take your money and run situation. I would mot buy off them again, good service all round goes a long way when consumers can easily buy elsewhere with gift card incentives etc.

First stop for any new appliances. Sales staff know their products and are very helpful in deciding what brand/model is going to be the best fit for purpose and budget.
Delivery service is also exceptional. Arrived on time as promised, unpacked the new appliances (washing machine and microwave) and took away all packaging. They would also have taken the old machines if I had any :-)

Wanted a new TV with a sharper picture, not necessarily a bigger one. Did some independent research and then cross referenced at the store. Constructive and helpful feedback. And they had the one I wanted in store at a very good price. Very easy team to deal with. Repeat customer.
