I hired this company for our move on the 12th February, they were supposed to turn up to pack the day before and were hours late, the day of they did the rest of the packing, which was very efficient but i didnt know they were going to use our black bin liners to pack things. A bag of our stuff was lost which included our wedding flowers and 2 pairs of earpods because they had put the entrance bowl into a black bag along with the flowers and it went missing. not bothered about the earpods as these are replaceable, the flowers getting lost was very upsetting. when they put our tv bed together they insisted on using a drill that has stripped out the head of the bolts and they did this to our kitchen table too. this was after we had asked them not to use the drill because the table was a vintage piece that we inherited. One of the drawer supports to our chest of drawers was snapped and they didnt mention anything to us and just put the drawers back in. At the end of the day i got a phonecall to make payment, when i asked them to send an invoice i was told that the movers were not allowed to move until we had paid. This was incredibly worrying and creates an atmosphere of fear.

The person who picked up my stuff was professional and kind. Made the removal process swift. I recommend this service.
