Ordered the bonding spray. Got sent a small bottle of water repellent spray, which had no details on it except it was posted from China. Contacted them and complained and they said they would refund me. As yet nothing. This organisation should be avoided at all costs

I ordered set of mangalore electric cleaning brush and I received just 3 brush heads so gave up trying to get the problem across so reordered. It finally arrived I charged it for the stated time and my smart meter went through the roof but the item was completely dead after charge so more money down the drain.I was offered 80% refund but nothing.

As noted in other comments this company do not send what you order. I ordered a can of super strong bonding spray as advertised on FB. They sent a 30ml bottle of water repellent spray. £18 down the drain. When I contacted them they offered me 20% refund. What a bunch of fraudsters!

The way they advertise this product makes you think you are buying a large can when in fact you pay £17 Inc postage for a tiny 30ml bottle. Order took weeks to arrive. An absolute joke. Don't bother

I nearly bought a ‘pressure’ hose from this lot, but I’m so glad I read the reviews first. I would encourage people not to buy anything from companies who advertise on Facebook as I have had 2 bad experiences recently. The last one was for what looked like a really nice pair of adult’s shorts and they advertised themselves as ‘based in London’. When they arrived (from China) they wouldn’t have fitted a 5 year old. I returned them, but the company said they never received them and have completely ignored my complaints since. £25 down the drain !!

Like a number of reviewers on here, we purchased what we thought was going to be a decent sized "can" of sealant spray.
We received, after waiting for nearly three weeks, a tiny plastic pot, presumably of the spray which was advertised. I've not opened it yet.
However, when looking at the advert on FB I now see that, right at the bottom of the page below where you order it, there is a picture of the tiny pot that we received containing 30ML of a fluid and if you look carefully at the much larger looking spray can in the video and pictures it actually says "30ML" on the can.
I think that those pictures were photo-shopped.
It is a deceitful piece of marketing. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

i received an article the size of which was no where near what was advertised ..shipped from china via germany ..its now in the bin , i should have read one of the many many shocking reviews and saved myself the hassle and monies lost l.

A total con, a case of buyer beware. This company should be closed down for misrepresentation if not fraud....

Ordered the Magoloft Leather Healing Balm, total misrepresentation of what it can do on the accompanying video. Do not order! Waste of money.

I'd give less than one star if possible total misrepresentation item shipped from China to Germany then onwards to UK - complete con avoid like the plague

Looks like I have been taken in as well, I do usually check sites before ordering, but I thought this was a UK company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS, I have asked for the correct goods to be delivered or my money returned, looks like I can kiss that goodbye. I really feel stupid.
I have now started claim against the through PayPal so fingers crosses this will work, I told PayPal they should remove them from using their service as this gave me the confidence to buy from them.

Goods were not delivered and were sent to Germany according to tracking. Impossible to get in touch with them. Auto response to emails that is impossible to understand.
I am trying to instigate a card chargeback and thank goodness it was for less than £20. DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS AS THEY ARE ROGUES

I wish, like many, I'd read the reviews before I ordered. I had some ice grippers for my boots. They worked fine, the 1st time out but by the third use all the metal studs had come out, making them useless. The e mail address for the customer services is inactive so no emails get through. I contacted them through messenger but was given my delivery details. They couldn't understand why I wanted a refund if they'd been delivered. Oh well, I won't give up trying. They still advertise on fb so I'll just try to warn others there too. Don't be fooled like so many of us have.

If minus stars were possible this company would score 10 of them. A complete sham and the product shown as a substantial spray can of waterproofing gel arrived as a 30mm bottle similar to eye drops. Beware of Chinese scams (and viruses) Buy British!

I ordered 3 rolls of Waterproof & Adhesive Caulk Strip via a Facebook ad. It appeared to be UK based company. The goods took a month to arrive and were shipped by air from China, I had cancelled the order when they did not arrive after two weeks. PayPal refused to give me a refund in contravention of online selling rules. The goods were of extremely poor quality and I basically threw £30 in the bin. Magoloft under pressure from PayPal offer a refund of £10.00 which I rejected. PayPal then closed my claim and short of taking them to the small claims court I had to give up. I recommend you do not deal with this company and avoid PayPal if goods are coming from an overseas supplier.

Do not use this company, waterproof spray was a tiny bottle, totally useless, adverts mis-lead people, it showed a big can of spray! What a joke
