Item received in faulty packaging

Item received in faulty packaging.
Replacement item received in faulty packaging.
Said that they believed it was a manufacturing issue, and that they would take the product off sale.
Items returned, but no sign of refund 9 days later. Chased up for this, and was told refund had already been done.
Received automated email the following day, saying that my refund was being processed so it hadn’t already been done!
And the faulty product has not been taken off sale either.
Whole scenario has taken over a month, and still not fully resolved.
Avoid, not worth the hassle.

Efficient customer service

Our first order went missing and Mahahome went above and beyond by giving us a choice of a refund or re delivery. We asked them redeliver to a different location which they happily did. The whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently so I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Mason Cash bowls are excellent quality…

Mason Cash bowls are excellent quality in terms of design, tradition, and materials, especially the older, vintage versions which many users say are true workhorses.

However, the modern versions appear somewhat more fragile, particularly under frequent or rough handling with electric mixers or metal utensils. This one arrived with a small external scratch.

Hopefully lasts for a long time.
