Beautiful Plates

I purchased 4 Spode salad plates from Mahahome. Delivery was speedy and the plates were very well packaged. I was very pleased with the plates which had been represented accurately in photographs.

Cancelled order after I’d paid

1st time using this company, paid for the item and a couple of days later got an email saying the orders been cancelled and refunded! Bought the same item of Amazon in the end!

Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order as we strictly adhere to legal requirements for bladed products. You placed an order for a knife block, but the age verification process was not completed within the given timeframe and subsequently failed three times.

Arrived quickly and well packed

Arrived quickly and well packed. The delivery driver just put the parcel by the door, he knew we were in as our dog barked and we were telling him to stop so he didn't even see me let alone check my age. They were only paring knives but they could have been larger. The knives are lovely.

Quality items and excellent customer service

I found your website easy to negotiate, I ordered the items I required at a good price, I was kept informed of the progress of my order and my parcel arrived within the window I was given. The six kilner jars I ordered were wrapped incredibly well and arrived in good order. I am very pleased with my items and the excellent customer service I received.
