Bought The Messenger several weeks back. Pros: (1) For the price point, the quality's unmatched and it's a lovely little bag. (2) the construction of the metal elements, the stitching, and the internal lining all seem to hold up. Con: the zipper pull on the back pocket is asymmetrical and seems like a foregone detail. For under $200, though, a excellent buy.

This is the 2nd set of bags I have ordered and they are not only beautiful they are well crafted. Arrived when expected.

The site is is laid out well. The purchase process was fast and easy. Backpack was delivered on the estimated time (which was faster than I expected). As far as the backpack itself, I love it. I got the Classic Backpack 3.0 in blue. The leather is very beautiful. It's very stiff right now but should soften and look even better over time. The only improvement I can suggest is finding a way to make it easier to adjust the strap length while wearing the backpack.

I like the tote a lot, the straps are however slipping off the shoulder often, especially when I am carrying other things. I like the look and the ease of finding what I am looking for inside.

Product is gorgeous, however it has a very strong overpowering smell believed to be from the black dye used ? Or maybe even the glue from manufacture…

The bag looks wonderful, though also a bigger size would be great. The only complaint is about the personal label. The tag should go through both sides of the label. LvW
