Awesome quality, great service

The bag is beautiful. Great stitching of monogram as well as the bag. The blue leather is what I picture and I can tell will weather nicely.
Mailing took a bit. Add 7 business days to what ever the ETA is.

Very impressed with the quality and everything about the bag. I got an import fee from FedEx (ca. 25$), and when i contacted Mahi Leather about it by email, i got the full amount covered. Great product, great price.

Having purchased several items, including duffels, weekenders and portfolios, all have been excellent without a blemish. Apparently, those folks in India know how to work leather.

I ordered the Classics Artist Roll in leather with engraved initials, it was a Xmas present ordered 2 days before Xmas delivery cut off dates. Once order was processed I received tracking# & delivery date 30/12/24?? Noooo...!! Customer service were great and assured me they were doing their best to get the parcel to me before Xmas day. Up to Xmas Eve Eve, the pressie was arriving 30/12/24.. Xmas Eve I received message it's out for delivery.. woo hoo! It arrived that afternoon and was better than the pictures, the smell of the leather roll and the design, its beautiful

Initially Fed Ex delivered my bag to a different city. The customer service representative Carrie-Anne was very helpful with resolving the issue. I received my replacement order shortly after. I was very pleased with the quality of product as well as the quality of customer service.

I received a bag for my birthday last April after showing it to a family member, The Harvard in black, and it is quite simply one of the worst bags I’ve ever seen. I wanted to love it, but the material is stiff and wrinkled in many places. It feels dried out and paper thin. I only used it once, due to the issues, but it appears like it won’t last long without ripping/splitting. I tried leather conditioner and it just sits on the outside and doesn’t absorb whatsoever. I honestly question if this is actually leather. I’ve had a lot of leather products in the past and this bag feels and looks like a $10 Temu product. Avoid this company at all costs.
