I hired Mahirs for my wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic. Their customer service was brilliant, they were attentive and caring to everyone, including myself (the groom). The wedding day was stressful, but Simmi, AJ, and the entire team made everything feel so much more relaxed.

Excellent service. This is the second year in a row that we have used Mahir's team and food for our event. As always, the whole process of booking and the food was excellent and stress free. The people loved the food.

Mahir’s was the best decision we made for our daughter’s wedding reception.
From the first moment we spoke to Harvir to the last minute of the function, we were treated as valued customers and we got everything we asked for and much, much more.
From the owner of Mahir’s right down to his staff on the ground, this is the most professional and friendly company we have ever dealt with.
No request was too much trouble. What could have been an onerous task was made utterly pleasant by Harvir and Simrit guiding us through the whole process.
The food went down so well that every single guest commented on how delicious it ALL was… from canapés to puddings.
One guest told me that she doesn’t usually eat gulab gamuns but on this occasion, she had four lots and was about to raid the next table for more…that is a true testament of great food and also why there was nothing left for me to bring home afterwards!
We can’t recommend Mahir’s highly enough and have been actively promoting the company ever since!

Our experience with Mahirs has been absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Mahirs were always the first caterers to get back to us and dealing with Simi was so pleasurable and easy .
Food tasting so helpful and Simi attended so when we spoke to her she new exactly what we chose and gave her recommendations which were greatly appreciated.
The food on the day , our daughter’s wedding was exceptional, so many of our guest commented on how lovely the food was . The service was so efficient and professional looking would recommend Mahirs to anyone who wants great service, good food and friendly staff . What more can I say .
Also please thank the two events coordinators on the day , Rano and Mukesh , apologies if I’ve got the names wrong ,so helpful and freindly.

Where do I even start with this message, what an absolutely incredible experience you gave us yesterday it was phenomenal!!! The food was brilliant and your staff were of an exceptional standard but the reason for this email was to call out how wonderful you were on the night, you truly made it special and ensured everything was on track as well as ensuring we both had the best time ever and for that I cannot thank you enough! It’s quite sad now that all the planning has come to an end and the night has passed, I will miss our emails and phone calls and you are absolutely not allowed to have another favourite couple ever again!!

Jokes aside, you are amazing at what you do and I’ll never forget eveyrthing you’ve done for us you’re a real credit to Mahirs Experience, you are the experience!!!

Where do I start, first I must thank you personally for the time and effort you put into assisting us throughout the pre wedding reception preparations, ie. tasting session, advice on selection and answering so many queries without any hesitation.

On the day, Mahirs provided the most delicious food, all our guests were paying compliments on how fantastic the food was and the friendly service provided by your staff.

Also, thank you so much for looking after the Raj and Nav. They wanted me to thank you on their behalf too.

Thank you for managing the whole event, it was just the most memorable day, went without a hitch...apart from the wedding cake, which again you managed to resolve.

Mahirs - what can I say? The team catered our wedding on 20th July and from the quality of food, service and general exceptional work, they truly made our wedding special and catered to so many needs! So many of our guests loved all the from the morning traditional breakfast, the gujurati lunch to the reception food and the late night snacks! Truly an exceptional service and we LOVED working with.

We used Mahir's Experience for our daughter's wedding reception and had an amazing evening. The food was truly fantastic from the canapes to the starters, mains and desserts, with perfect delivery and taste. We have since had numerous compliments from our guests. We would highly recommend Mahir's whose catering we have experienced at other weddings, and once again we were not disappointed on our own special occasion.

Mahirs provided the catering for my wedding reception and both the service and the food was sublime.

In the weeks leading up to the event, the communication and organisation from Amrit was brilliant, ensuring that all of their documents were completed to allow the day to run smoothly: menu, drinks list, itinerary, floor plan, suppliers list. Mahirs completed a visit to the site in the week prior to the wedding to ensure that the kitchen was suitable for the food and also provided all of their insurance documents requested by the venue promptly.

As a result of this (and Amrit's presence at the reception) the evening ran incredibly smoothly with no issues to note. The quality of the food was exceptional and the feedback from our guests matched this- especially the chilli chips.

We would highly recommend Mahirs for a wedding reception for both their professionalism and the great quality of the food.

Thank you to all the Mahirs team over the festive season this year. You’ve produced some delicious food on three different occasions. The service end to end is something new for our industry for simple, quick food at great value right to your door.
