Oh dear, I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering and then I wouldn't have done it.
Chasing this long awaited order in vain, no one replies to email, there's no contact details and all the accounts advertised for insta etc are random names. The telephone number in Holland goes through to a private homeowner.
How is this allowed to happen?
My goods are clearly never going to arrive! There should be a 'no star' rating for experiences like this!

Bought items over a month ago and only one item arrived
I emailed them and social media messaged them but no response
Lovely shop but very very bad customer service and took over a month to arrive the one item and still waiting for the second

Terrible! Do not buy from this company!

I was approached on Instagram with a discount code to entice me to purchase from their site. However, the product never arrived and I contacted their customer service and social media team multiple times and no one has responded.

Item took over 2 *weeks* to arrive. When it finally did turn up, it was the wrong colour. Tried contacting their support to arrange an exchange, but they haven't responded in over 2 weeks.
