I paid $94 for pressed tin 10" trash. NOTHING even near the description!!!!! DO NOT waste your money!

Again, this is a scam! We lost our money with this so called company. We were never given credit on our paypal account. Please DO NOT order from this company. Again, we made several attempts to email information to them, email would not respond. We have just thrown the fake misleading merchandise in the garbage and counted it as a lesson learned. We lost the money and we hate to see this happen to anyone else. SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!!

False advertising at its finest. The company shows beautiful wreaths and what you get is a square compressed package. When i opened it up they had all of the decorations folded around the wreath. The wreath shows its huge and it come in a 12” round package. The company presents as CA based but thats only their shipper. You have to return it to China then they claim its stuck in customs. Customer Service “Gean” is awful. The offer you money to not return it at least two or three times. 2 wreaths were $100. They offer you a reduction in price not to send them back at least 2-3 times. I paid $30 to ship them back. They can only be traced via USPS that theyve gotten to China. I ordered these fall wreaths and all i have is I paid this co. For nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I totally agree with all the bad reviews.this company is an absolute Scam. They are false advertising on every product.I am ashamed that I even trusted this company.I ordered 2 Christmas garage door covers, which they said come with hardware to put them on your garage and will not hinder the opening or closing of the door. Well..they come with 8 thumb tacks, nothing but flippn thumb tacks. Not what and how they said they attach.They said they had worked to provide quality workmanship on every product they sell..NOPE. These were supposed to come with hangers that go over the top of the garage door and that can be secured from the inside of the door. NO fitted corners, no anything to attach anywhere ..except for 8 thumbtacks. Well ..they can take the thumbtacks and the flimsy pieces of fabric and shove them where the sun doesn’t shine.
We all work hard for our money and then to be scammed .Lesson learned and I do Hope that NO ONE else orders anything from this company.!
Order from an Honest American or Canadian website.and of you see anything made in China. Quickly run and don’t be scammed and loose your money like so many many others like me.Save your Money.

I made a purchase and because of bad reviews I cancel my order right after.. but I I have to say that Macei did respond my email within 48hr and refunded the full amount back to my account as they said.. I have not try the products ,but I had a good costumer service experience with them..

Update: Please, please do not order from this scam. I have filed claims against them, while I was on the phone with paypal they stated they have numerous claims against them. I received an email from Maicei this morning stating they would refund my money and then started asking for my name and copies of the order I placed. They already had this information! Once I replied to email, the email would no longer take emails. The email no longer works, states failure notice. This is a SCAM!

Please do not order from this company! They are very misleading on their products. This is a scam! They post pictures and then when you receive the product is nothing like the picture that you ordered. You go through the emailing process of 10%, 20% 30% refund due to the cost of shipping back is very expensive. This is the game they play. I am filing a claim against them.

Wish I could give this company no stars. They sent me the wrong product. It was not a teapot at all but the size of a coffee cup. Then they had all these ridiculous hurdles for the return, including that they (in China) receive it within 15 days of when it came to me, even though it originally took them longer to get it to me. Then they offered me a 15% refund to just keep the product.

The product I purchased and the product I received couldn't be more different! This is the clearest case of false advertising I have ever encountered shopping on-line. I requested but did not receive a refund. Their guarantee is worthless! Save your money. DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT shop from this company. My door wreath is in the trash where it belongs. I feel as if I've been scammed.

I recently purchased 2-white car emblems for my BMW. After installing one of the emblems; it flew off my car while driving (says 3M tape). I installed the other one in the rear and it turns out that it lights up blue.

I reached out to Maicei customer service and was only offered 15% off my next order and that I could gift the current emblem or sell it. This is unheard of! They never addressed the emblem that flew off.

Shipping the item back will cost more than half of the product. (China). After having this issue, I went on to their website to write a review and found that this is a "norm" for them as I read the other reviews.
This is a sub-par product and a company that obviously does not care about customer service as they do not handle their issues.
I have reported this to Pinterest, Paypal, Dandelion Mall, and will be posting this on FB.

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a large wreath and they sent me a tiny plastic cheapie wreath. When I tried to return there was a lot of emailing back and forth and to this date they have still not given me the address to return it to. So frustrating!!!!

Purchased the fairy set for my wife. It took a month to arrive. Only a partial shipment arrived and it was damaged. It was also not what they advertised. I reported it and they offered 20% of my purchase to keep it. I asked for a full refund. They then tried to offer me 30% off but I declined. I told them that I was going to report it to PayPal. They offered a full refund minus shipping to keep it and not report it. I declined. It was a counterfeit product! I went to PayPal and the seller agreed to a full refund after they received it back. The address to return it cost over three times the price of the purchase. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!

I paid BIG BUCKS for these “ supposedly BIG TEXAS WREATHS” that “were” to arrive by Mother’s Day of 2022…10 days later I get these TINY CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP PLASTIC WREATHS.
I immediately contact them to tell them how disappointed I was, and that I wanted a refund and to send them back.
Holy crap! The instructions to send them back to China, and then I pay the shipping PLUS they tack on a shipping charge?
“Gene” with Maicei’s aka Dandelion Shopping Mall first offered me 15% off of $75.98 equaling an $11.39 refund.
I disputed that, I was insulated by Gene’s offer!
Gene then “ offered” 25% refund off of $75.98.
Does an 25% off of 75.98 equal $19.00 refund???
NOT BY MATH!
I am disputing this refund through my PayPal account.

I was so upset when I received an order from this company. Not only did it take a while to receive my items but what I received was a complete joke! I was supposed to get these gorgeous 3D Fairy decorations for my garden. What I got were cheap, flat and not at all what was advertised. They were bent to fit in the box. If you unbend them the paint will chip! When I contacted them about returning everything, they explained that I only had 15 days to get the items back. How can I do that when it took them over a month to get it to me! There were no directions on how to put them together. I will never order anything else from this company and will try to warn everyone I know as well!

Buyer beware!!! So incredibly disappointed. Definitely not as advertised. I ordered a wreath and paid nearly 100 for it. Very cheap. Very plastic and very much smaller (much much smaller) than advertised...

Zero stars! Scam company that should be shut down! I foolishly ordered a wreath before looking into their bad reviews. I received it, but it's a piece of plastic crap. They are offering a 15% refund. Their website is full of lies and deceit. They even say the items are made in Nashville, TN! And they show white Americans displaying their products which are most likely photo-shopped. Why is it that the American public must put up with these scammers? And they just laugh at the Americans who keep on giving them money for their horrible products so they can just keep on doing it. Stop them!

I ordered a piece of outdoor artwork for my flowerbeds and got a cheap "stamped out of pot metal" knockoff!!! Very disappointing!! They should be shut down for fraud. Apparently I am not the only one who has had this happen. Do Not Buy from them!

Fraudulent company. Ordered useable handmade ceramic teapots - got miniature partially plastic mass produced bad imitations. Blessings on PayPal for getting my money back after the company tried to get me to keep them "with a discount".

I wish I had found this website and read all these reviews before I ordered from Maicei! I just received their "handmade" art cat teapots today. I had ordered eight of them based upon the cute photographs and the description. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the boxes, because they don't look anything like the photographs. Each of them is horrible, cheaply made, and very poorly painted. It looks like a child under the age of five had slopped paint on them, and they certainly aren't made of ceramic. A really cheap plastic is more like it. I am so sorry I was stupid enough to waste a lot of my money on this crap, and I will certainly tell everyone I know never to purchase from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE/CO. They are a scam and should be shut down and fined for false advertising. The products they advertise are not what they deliver. Total garbage and I pray that they aren't using children to make this stuff in some basement in China. Scum!

SCAM!!!!! Buyer beware. The wreath looks nothing like what is pictured in their advertisement. It is a quarter of the size and is all plastic!! They ship with no return label and no enclosed receipt—$ 50.00 in the garbage. Do not buy anything from this co.
