The bad experience continues...
This is my second bad experience from maid.cc. I had previously faced huge delay in visa processing for my maid due to incorrect name been updated in the visa form.
The current review is towards the experience in continuity due to the above issue. The maid's name was correct in the visa application but maid.cc rectified the error and correct visa/ EID was issued. Unfortunately, maid.cc forgot to fix the name in the Debit card to be issued to the maid. The same debit card which the maid will use to collect her salary. The company responsible to issue the debit card has denied handing over the debit card due to name discrepancy and 1 month salary is still pending to be collected. Maid.cc will promptly deduct the salary for following month without providing the means to withdraw the funds.
I have been following up with the maid.cc for past 3 weeks without any fruitful result. I won't be renewing maid's visa with maid.cc for sure.
