Tried Maidstr for the first time - they had excellent customer service agents - called to confirm what I needed, helped me find a great time that works (since the slots online couldn’t work perfectly). The cleaners were professional and efficient, did a fantastic job.

Fast and efficient cleaning service. I was able to quickly book a move in move out service through their booking site and when I had follow up questions I received prompt response from their customer service. The cleaning provider was so thorough and left the place gleaming!

Initially we only booked Maidstr for a one time service to deep clean our 3 bedroom condo when we first moved in, however the cleaners did such an amazing job that we have them coming back for weekly cleanings!

The Maidstr team arrived a little earlier than my scheduled window which I was notified about via text. They were very courteous and friendly. Everything was cleaned very well, even some places that have not seen a mop in ages.

Very professional company with clear explanations of what to expect with the service I selected (first time deep clean). I hate talking on the phone so all my communications was via email and text and they respond fast. They emailed me the quote and I was able to book v easily online for next day service. The team arrived on time and did a very thorough job cleaning areas I never really cleaned (I'm not a slob, just a bachelor) like some parts of baseboards and windowsills and things like light switches, etc. My place was almost unrecognizable, that's how good a job they did.

I've used this service several times now. They recommended a deep cleaning the first time I used the service as per their policies. They did such a great job going into places that scared me that I signed up for the monthly standard jobs and those were less costly as a lot of the hard work was done in the deep cleaning. If cleaning is overwhelming to you hire these guys!
