The quality of the canvas is amazing and helps so well with paint coverage, paint is good quality! And customer service is top tier!

I’ve had a really great experience with Maikoo’s customer service. I had received some paint that unfortunately had dried out and also not quite enough. Maikoo responded to my inquiry quickly and sent me new paint. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly buy from them again

Arrived exactly as expected and I’m living painting by numbers. Ive purchased my own brushes as well as the supplied ones. The tubs of paint look small but there is enough to finish your paintings. Customer service was excellent.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a month ago, I was sent a tracking number and told it was shipped.

I then reached out for a refund, they told me they will cancel the order and refund (have not received any confirmation or the money!)

Yet, I place the order over a month ago and it was in fact not shipped!

After seeing the reviews of the watered down paint and the fact they are stealing artwork from artists, I would recommend avoiding at all costs - unless you want to be scammed

UPDATE - The company have now reached out since leaving the review, asking me to delete it

Absolutely loved this paint-by-numbers kit! The colours were vibrant, the canvas was high quality, and every section was clearly marked — super easy to follow even for a beginner. I found it really relaxing to work on in the evenings, and the final result looks like a real painting you'd buy in a store. It’s now hanging in my bedroom and gets compliments all the time. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free creative project!

I received this paint by numbers set for my birthday..it makes a great gift! The brushes that are included are great quality, so it makes it easy getting into all the little spots. Love it!

I purchased three of the paint by number products and they're way better than what I was expecting, and it's actually been really helpful for mental health and relaxation. I'd recommend purchasing the premium brushes with the order as I found personally they were easier to use. Would recommend.

Not sure why they are receiving bad reviews as I have had a fantastic experience with this company. I am currently doing my 5th painting as I enjoy them so much. They are made very well and are as sold, great for presents. Also great customer service, I recommend ordering

They were very helpful when my initial package failed to be delivered they sent a new package as soon as I reached out.

I bought a set for my family and myself, and we all love it. The paintings turned out beautifully, the brushes were very practical, and the paint was high quality. Even though it took several weeks to complete, the paint didn't dry up, which was great. The process was truly stress-relieving, and the canvas was excellent quality. I'll definitely be buying again! I highly recommend this to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this website. Firstly it is such a great idea. It has become a new hobby of mine and I find it so therapeutic. The quality is so good and really well priced. I get so excited every time I step back and see what I have achieved. I keep coming back and most recently have ordered a personalised photo image which I am going to gift and I can't wait. The communication from the team re photo image quality and delivery has been EXCELLENT and I really respect and admire their attention to detail and professionalism. They send my package to an unknown location, it was returned to sender after I could not pick it up in time because of this and then told me they distroyed it after receiving back my order. Never returned my € 40 because it was “not their fault”. Please do not waste your money on this website!

Having issues with them- I ordered my item paid $33 for express shipping between 4-8 days still waiting and it’s in America no where near Australia!
Requested a refund I got a response you will need to wait until you receive your item

This business is a scam. I ordered 3 paintings on January 15 when they promoted a sale and it cost me $60. It is now March and I have not received anything. I contacted the seller and they sent me to contact a logistics company that did not have a working number or answering phone. They sent a fake tracking number. They then asked me to resubmit on email my contact and shipping information. This is very suspicious because I already filled out my information to purchase the items. I believe this is a front for a credit card scraping scam. Change your cards if you gave them information and cancel cards you gave them. It is not a real business and does not operate within the US. I have tried to demand a refund but their email operator keeps trying to get additional personally identifiable information from me instead of refunding.

Update: After leaving a negative Trustpilot review, they refunded my purchase.

I was always a PBN fan, so when I happened upon this company, I was very interested. I found the selections so much more elevated with a very retro French style as well. I was in love with the quality of paints and brushes. The canvas was so smooth. My painting came out exactly as I had hoped for and more. I then gifted it and my cousin was blown away. She asked if I could paint another one for the other walll. Of course. I cannot wait! I ordered the Oysters and Citrus. It’s very vibrant. I’m a huge fan. I need to paint on and keep calm. Thank you
