Our travel to and within Greenland worked without any issues. Very friendly staff all together. On the way back from Greenland we were hit by massive delays due to a storm. Although this is of course annoying, since we got stuck for two days, it is out of hand for an airline to change the circumstances. We were taken really good care of. Were never left without information and got accommodation and food without any issue or waiting times. When we arrived at the next place there was always someone friendly waiting for us and already prepared.
Five stars for customer service - handling arctic weather is not a joke and you should be aware of that when travelling to remote places.

Air Greenland has the best service out of all airlines going in/out of Greenland for sure. They’re also the airline with the best and most experienced pilots flying in arctic conditions, by far.
They’re always quick and friendly at customer service. And adhere to all rules regarding traveling etc., if you lose your luggage etc.
I highly, highly recommend them.

This flight on a Dash 8-200 was the best fight I have ever had on a small plane. The service was phenomenal, the meal tasted great, and the pilot kept us informed and entertained. In addition, the views while approaching the airport were out of this world.
