Mailbox MCP connects the email account you already have to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants, so you can ask your AI to read, search, sort, answer and send your email for you, in your real mailbox. It works with Outlook and Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Hotmail, Gmail and Google Workspace, iCloud Mail, Yahoo Mail, Fastmail, Zoho and any IMAP mailbox on your own domain. There's no new address and nothing to migrate: your mail stays exactly where it is, and it works whether or not Outlook is open, from any device. Ask "what came in overnight?", "who's still waiting on a reply from me?" or "file everything from my accountant into its own folder", and your AI does it. It can read what's inside attachments, such as an invoice total, a spreadsheet or a scanned letter, attach files to a send or a reply, check whether a message bounced, and draft replies for you to check before they go. Where your provider offers them, it looks after your calendar and contacts too. Routines put it on a schedule, for example a short morning briefing. It's built to leave your mailbox exactly as you'd leave it yourself. Reading a message never marks it as read, replies stay in the right conversation, one copy of everything sent is filed in Sent, and deleted mail goes to Trash. You choose what each connection may do: read only, draft and file, or send and delete. Mail, calendar and contact content passes through our servers in memory and is never stored. There's a free plan with 5 calls a day and no card needed, and Pro at £34.99 a mailbox a year (plus VAT) for 1,000 calls a day. Every purchase comes with a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Mailbox MCP is made in Kettering, Northamptonshire, by BSolve IT Limited, a UK company that has run mail and hosting systems since 2002 and holds Cyber Essentials certification. Wow! Super helpful!

This was so easy to connect to my…

This was so easy to connect to my Microsoft 365 email, calendar and contacts. Saves so much time and makes me look super efficient. Which I am, now! lol!

A must have!!!!

So so pleased with Mailbox MCP. It was so easy to set up, straightforward to use and makes managing emails much easier. The customer support has been great too. Just an all-round good experience, and I’m glad I gave it a go. Would happily recommend. Worth every penny!

Mailbox MCP is a real time-saver

I recently started using Mailbox MCP with ChatGPT to manage my Outlook emails, and I'm really impressed so far.

As a small accounting practice owner, my inbox can get overwhelming. Being able to review emails, prepare replies, save drafts and organise folders through ChatGPT has made a real difference to my working day.

I'm still exploring its features, but it's already saving me time and helping me stay organised. I'm looking forward to seeing what else I can do with it!

Solves the problem

It works well. I use outlook email which does not have a connector to Claude unless you are a corporate user for Windows365. This allows claude to go into my outlook on desktop, read my email, prepare drafts, etc.
