Mailbox.bot gives AI agents, and the people who run them, a real street mailing address and a postal mail API. Send letters, certified mail and postcards from code, and receive incoming mail as structured data your agent can act on. Outbound mail: your agent, or your team from the dashboard, submits a PDF, a recipient address and a mail class through our REST API or MCP server. Trained staff at our Manhattan Beach, California facility print, stuff, stamp and hand off every piece to USPS or FedEx, photograph it, and send webhook updates from submitted to delivered. Customers use it for certified demand letters, legal and compliance notices, government filings, real estate offer letters, invoices, property notices and postcard campaigns. Inbound mail: get a virtual mailbox at a real street address with a private mailbox (PMB) number, not a P.O. Box. Mail and eligible packages are logged on arrival, and your agent receives a signed webhook with the sender, item type and page count, then pulls scans and OCR text through the API to classify the mail, extract deadlines and draft a reply. As a USPS-registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency, we verify every mailbox holder with USPS Form 1583, so a real, verified person stands behind every agent address. Guardrails keep agents in check: sandbox keys, free dry runs that show the exact price, spending caps, and optional human approval before anything is mailed.
