superb value and top-notch service, less star for website friendliness

I have found their service very reliable and the people who assisted me with my queries are very nice and efficient (like Jan). I left out a star because their website is not as user-friendly for first-time customers who are not familiar yet with the rules on sending a package. First off, you can't save a draft of your items declaration. I had a consolidated package consisting of around 10-20 items and unfortunately, I had to repeat the process 3x (either I have logged out automatically or my items exceeded the amount threshold). Second, you cannot pay the shipping directly and you have to recharge your account. This is another reason why I need to do the customs declaration page again. Once you get the hang of the process though, it will be a breeze and they are so efficient in sending packages. I just hoped the website was more user-friendly. Other than that, superb value and top-notch service!

Great service and totally recommended

Great service and totally recommended. Ordered an item from eBay.de which was a quarter of the cost of anywhere in the UK (and nobody seems to want the hassle of shipping to the UK any longer).

I received an email from mailboxde within a couple of hours of my parcel arriving there (it was tracked by DPD so I knew it had arrived) and then it was forwarded by them the following morning.

Good website, reasonable costs and very efficient. Will definitely use again

Quality and reliability on a high level

Untill now I had about 20-30 parcels delivered from mailboxde. Most of them if not all have been consolidated from 6-8 smaller packages. Quite some number of items for sure. Never had any or whatsoever issues. All as you would expect.

They are in business for relatively long years and they keep quality level still really high.

I totally recommend this service

I totally recommend this service!
Whenever I had an issue they would promptly respond explaining what to do. I received my parcel in probably less than a week from when I placed the order on the German shop.
Very satisfied! (didn't even have to pay for custom fees or extra VAT)

Left completely in the dark.My parcel…

Left completely in the dark.My parcel is with them.I paid for a foto.Yet when I try to have it shipped I get no answer.I fill out the form and get completely stupid questions.Like dimesions or disagreeing with me about description in German(which I do not speak) or disgreeing with the value when I sent the the ebay invoice.

chose the priority method by DHL..it…

I ordered shoes to Israel and chose the priority method by DHL..it costs 38.8 and is 12-16 days.its really expensive but the express was much higher :48 euro.from 3.4 there is no update on the progress and the status show Darmstadt Germany 3.4.the company only talks on delay due to pandemic ,without checking it with DHL,as you normally would do in such cases.what so difficult to ask your carrier??i would have done it but DHL service on phone is only in German,which i dont speak !!. my only hope is that they will wake up and do something or that DHL would wake up.even shipping from far USA reach faster or at least update more frequent....

Absolute lifesaver

Absolute lifesaver. One of my main suppliers in Germany stopped shipping into the UK after December 31st, so I was stuck with how to get my supplies to make my bags. Quick google search turned up Mailboxde, slightly sceptical at first as never used a forwarding address before. But a few emails back and forth with Jan about shipping into the UK at present regarding imports and duty fees and my mind was settled. Placed my order from my supplier, who ships for free inside Germany. Few days later it's arrived at Mailboxde and it's sent on to me the next day. Received the package 4 days later, no hassle, easy to use payment options. And has worked out cheaper to send via the forwarding address vs previous orders direct from the supplier. Highly Recommend them. Cheers Guys.

MailboxDE helped me get my money back

MailboxDE recovered the insurance when the parcel service (GLS) 'lost' my phone.

I'm very happy with the MailboxDE service I received. I used MailboxDE to ship a phone to Ireland via GLS parcel service. The MailboxDE part went quickly & smoothly, but GLS 'lost' the phone almost as soon as they got it, and I never received it (I wish I'd read the trustpilot GLS parcel service reviews first - they're awful). Anyway, MailboxDE were really helpful, responsive and professional. They processed the insurance claim with the parcel service and refunded me the shipping cost. Total time was about 7 weeks - 3 weeks from order to acknowledging that the phone was lost and about another 4 weeks to process the insurance. I was very happy with the MailboxDE service - they've been helpful and responsive all the time. I'll use them again.

(One useful thing to know - when you use any virtual address service like MailboxDE, you're not a customer of the actual parcel service [GLS/UPS/...] because you didn't pay them directly for anything - MailboxDE did. So the parcel service can't refund you or deal with you directly. You're dependent on the virtual address service to do everything on your behalf. And I can recommend MailboxDE for handling it well).

Great Customer Service

Used this service a few times. Great simple setup, no hidden costs. Just sent a request to support 22:12 and got a response 23:30. That's a lot better than I'm used to.
