Awesome company

Awesome company. My parcel was exceeding limits a bit, I couldn't find any forwarder to accept it, but mailboxde did a personal exception, secured flawless transition and allowed courier I've ordered to pick up a parcel. Absolutely saved me, parcel arrived in perfect condition, everything on a highest level.

Top Service — Will Keep Using Them!

I’ve been using Mailboxde for a while now and I’m very happy with their service. Recently, one of my packages arrived damaged due to my own mistake when ordering a liquid product. Mr. Jan Ulrich was extremely understanding, professional, and helpful throughout the whole situation.

Jan handled the issue quickly, kept me informed, and kindly offered a fair and simple solution. I truly appreciate his excellent customer support and will definitely continue using their services in the future.

They received my 0,5 kg package with…

They received my 0,5 kg package with mouse. Then, I was informed that they had sent it back to the seller, they didn't send me any tracking numbers didn't use label from the seller. The seller refused to take package back and it was sent back to Mailboxde. Now return period is expired, Mailboxde ignores my messages on the email. I suppose that they'd lost the package.

If they resolve this situation, I'll change my rate.

Poor Delivery Time - Insurance Declined Damage

Paid for delivery of item from Germany to Ireland with increased insurance and 5-6 day turn around.

Item took 9 days to arrive in Ireland and a further 3 days to arrive at my home. 12 days total!

Box looked ok. Driver left. Opened box and item was damaged clearly having fallen from a height. Immediately called courier. They redirected me to mailboxde

Mailboxde put in claim to GLS but courier service dismissed claim because apparently box (full of bubble wrap) wasn’t wrapped enough.

How much wrapping is needed? Why bother insuring for damage at all- company are only going to deny responsibility and take your money.

Very disappointing service.

I am sending you a random video from YouTube where some influencer shows how to pack a shipment. This method of packaging and the amount of padding is sufficient in our opinion. I agree with the carrier and the inadequacy of the inner packaging for your shipment.

I looked at what was damaged in your shipment and we contacted the sender to see if we could help you replace this damaged part. We also sent the packaging video to the sender, who is responsible for sufficient packaging.

I can't say who made the mistake, but we will try to help you, although the carrier rejected the damage due to insufficient packaging.

Very very helpfull support

Very very helpfull support. All was resolved in shortest possible time.

First I got instant refund for accidentally bought consolidation.

Then they gave mi info about my package and instructions how to send it.

And last, when I put wrong phone number to my package, they immediately resetted the order allowed me to correct my phone number.

After that, package was immediately shipped to my address.

The best support I have communicated in a while.

I have been using Mailboxde.com for…

I have been using Mailboxde.com for many years, and they are the perfect service for ordering items that cannot be delivered to my home country. Recently, I received a package from Moskomoto. Although my correct delivery address was provided to Moskomoto, there was a bit of a mix-up. Upon realizing this, I immediately emailed Mailboxde.com, and they promptly responded, assuring me they would do everything in their power to retrieve the package. In the end, they succeeded, and the package was successfully received. Once again, I want to thank the Mailboxde.com team for their high level of professionalism in carrying out their duties

Mailboxde also for one-time password/sign packages

I don't use Mailboxde often, but whenever I need it, it's fast and reliable. Last shipment: package received at Mailboxde at noon, shipped from Mailboxde at 2 pm.

I discovered another reason to use Mailboxde: sometimes package from e-shop could be send only with signature or one-time password required at time of delivery, which can be serious problem for recipient. This is solved by using Mailboxde address, they are a company, the OTP is not necessary. They sign all received shipments. Problem solved :-) Can not reccommend enough.

Professional Communication

I made a mistake undervaluing the package on my customs form by not including shipping. They replied professionally and asked me to amend. The package arrived quickly for a very fair forwarding price.

Excellent first expierence!

This is my first time using parcel forwarding services and I can't say anything bad.
Upon receiving my parcels in their warehouse, they informed me instantly and forwarded them to the carrier company on the same or next day, depends on receiving time.

Price is also very good.

First payment may take 1 - 2 days because you need to pay with bank to prove your identity, later you can use PayPal which takes literally 2 minutes.

I am still waiting a reply from customer support after 2 days, but I have received my shipments in time, so 5 stars anyway - will keep using their services!

Excellent service

Excellent service, reliable, quick and efficient. I appreciate that you can use the service for pre-paid return labels as well, which makes online shopping so much easier. What I like the most is that you can easily get in touch with the customer support if needed and they are super helpful and friendly. I accidentally attached the wrong return label to one of my packages, and they have been able to correct my mistake in a matter of 10 minutes. I have no hesitation to recommend this service to my friends.

I have been using their services since 2014, with packages sent from different countries and I've never had any problems. I'm glad this kind of service exists and I wish they could expand to different countries such as the UK.
