Awful Customer Service - You Cannot Access Your Account - Overpriced
You cannot log in to your account with two factor authentication. Customer service and support is awful. No starts and no hope of improvement. Overpriced for what you get. Despite asking on numerous occasions to raise a complaint no complaints procure and no one got back to me to deal with this companies incompetence.
