I found AI support for email marketing a bit weak. I think the AI support should be more strong in marketing style. Shorter explanation but more marketing expression would be better.

Edit: Just got cleared and I can now start developing with Mailjet. It’s good they have compliance in place for new customers, trust is good but support can be more responsive (really good when they get in touch). But I’m now a happy customer!

The service was interrupted without any notification from your end and I stopped receiving the emails.
Ideally, I would have liked to be informed beforehand.
