AI support weak!

I found AI support for email marketing a bit weak. I think the AI support should be more strong in marketing style. Shorter explanation but more marketing expression would be better.

My transactional account was blocked due to a technical misunderstanding and a past security issue. Mihael from the support team was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Waiting for their approval, now approved

My business validation has not been approved yet, maybe because I'm a small customer. After registration they announce that it'll take a few minutes to get started, I'm stuck at first step and ticket has been open for 24 hours.

Edit: Just got cleared and I can now start developing with Mailjet. It’s good they have compliance in place for new customers, trust is good but support can be more responsive (really good when they get in touch). But I’m now a happy customer!

Unexpected service interruption

The service was interrupted without any notification from your end and I stopped receiving the emails.

Ideally, I would have liked to be informed beforehand.
