No support and they sell unfinished product

I purchased a Mail Pilot license 2 month ago. They deceive users through an unfinished product which named Mail Pilot Discovery Edition but they offer a really basic featured email app which named Mail Pilot 3. Afterwards, I requested a refund email via support but nobody returned me for 2 months. I contacted the founder via Twitter, Linkedin but he did not write a single message. I think, the founder found a way of selling a mockup app.
