Once usable service is falling apart

To me, once useful Mailspeedmarine is no more. I heard it was taken over by somebody else a couple years ago. These days whatever is called Mailspeed Marine means poor service, incorrectly processed orders and no response when you try communicating your issues.

Woeful and hopeless shopping

I wanted a dinghy and outboard package and ordered WavEco 2.3M Slatted Floor Dinghy & Hidea 2.5hp Engine Package and paid extra for 1 to 2 day delivery on the 13/9/14. By the 16th as no delivery I contacted them to be informed the engine was out of stock (even though the conformation of the order said it was in stock). So I contacted them again and changed the engine, which was £70 dearer. Guess what they took £104.99 from by account instead and still failed to deliver in 1 to 2 days. I have asked them twice to refund £34.99 sending both times the bank transfer details of what they took and they insist they only took £70. I gave them several weeks to rectify their mistake, to no avail. I even contacted them 2 days ago and informed them that my bank will start a visa dispute and recover the full £104.99 from them not just the £34.99, unbelivable as it seems they could not be bothered to get back to me about it.
