My Disappointing Experience with Mailspre's Anonymous Email Service

I recently used Mailspre to send an anonymous email, but my experience has been extremely frustrating, prompting me to give them just 1 star.

On January 6, 2026, I sent an email using their service, hoping to use it as presented. However, I never received any confirmation of the email's delivery. To confirm the functionality, I sent a test email to myself, which also never arrived. This raised my concerns about the service's reliability.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to their support via the contact form on their website, requesting guidance on troubleshooting steps. I made sure to express my appreciation for their attention to this matter and looked forward to a prompt response. Unfortunately, all my efforts led to dead ends.

When I tried to submit the contact form, it stated that I needed to activate it through a link sent to my email. However, when I checked my inbox, there was no activation email to be found. This left me in the dark about what was going on with Mailspre.

The overall experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I’m just trying to use a service that should be straightforward, yet it has failed to deliver on its promises. I hope this review helps others consider their options before using Mailspre.
