Do not order from this company and if you are waiting for an item to arrive due to the long lead times the company are quoting then please get in touch with your bank and put a claim in to hopefully get your money back

This company is insolvent and in liquidation. I have been notified of this by the administrator. Do not buy anything as it does appear they have stock with Amazon and Wayfair. I have lost my money do not do the same.

Faulty item not fit for purpose. Waiting for compensation but they don’t answer their emails. Would not recommend. I am living on my own after just finishing chemo so do not need the extra stress and am hoping for a resolution.

I received an email from Marshall Peters(liquidators) saying Maine furniture has gone into liquidation and I will not receive my goods or any refund and to contact my bank.

ordered hall console 10/08/21 email returned not accepted written complaint to Co. No response. Why are they still trading? Dreadful.Now out of pocket £300

I’m still waiting for two chairs that I have ordered last April I've had excuse after excuse and now they are just ignoring my emails ! I am £500 out of pocket I suspect that they are in financial difficulties and I will lose my money ! Disgusting behaviour from this company do not be fooled by their website they are a total rip off!

Like everyone else items not arrived saying would contact when back in stock . Only contact by email saying they would get response with 2 days NOTHING! Taken money but not received the goods . Very disappointed ☹️

Checked returns policy prior to purchasing and all seemed ok - approval from them required. Item arrived in good time but was not quite right so requested a return. I eventually got a reply asking if it was damaged to which i replied no. 20 days later I have still had no response after emailing about 10 times. Left with a product I do not want which I have paid for.

Product never arrived. The only way to contact is via email. I was palmed off with an excuse and told to wait. Two months later still nothing and when I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my emails. I have opened a claim up with Paypal as I believe the company to be fraudulent. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF POCKET!

Disappointed. Goods ordered at the beginning of August and have never arrived. At no stage will you receive the courtesy of any form of contact informing you of delays or the status of your order. There is no way of contacting this company other than by email. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner, and if you get a response its "a one response fits all" response. Dare to send a firm enquiry and you will receive no response. My item which I've waited 4 months for, suddenly appears on their website in stock for delivery within two days. No surprise that I've received NO response to a curt email for an explanation. My advice... Stay well clear AVOID at all costs

DO NOT USE! THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS AND GOING THROUGH SMALL CLAIMS COURT

Absolutley shocking company DO NOT USE!
Waited 6 months for my garden chair, no updates or communication from them what so ever to say there had been a delay, requested a return which wasnt straight forward as they don not reply to emails within their stated time frame!
returned item and waiting on refund, now not responding to my emails and there is no other form of contact as they seem to of removed themselves from social media! Poor service disgraceful company!

Ordered 3 wicker bar stools there were different height to stated and all damaged

Don’t buy from this company!!!

We ordered 2 wicker chests which unfortunately did not look right so requested to return them
We followed the returns requirements & DPD returned the items to Maine 14days ago .Despite emailing Maine we have still not received a refund or any communication. They cannot be contacted by phone so have to rely on emails & wait for a reply , meanwhile we are £268 out of pocket
Very poor customer service & communication & would definitely not recommend

Not arrived. Rip off.
