Shocking and the worst experience I have ever had in 33 years of driving and maintaining a vehicle. Having been in the trade up to management,then having a change in career I know what Im talking about. This lot are absolutely disgraceful. A year on from paying thousands to get my car repaired it now looks like its of to scrap yard. 4 weeks to get booked in, 2 months to get repaired, excuse after excuse. No courtesy car offered. 3 months with no vehicle now the repair has failed. Shocking! This company was good until they expanded, they are now out of their depth, you want brakes and service this lot could probably manage, if you have a genuine fault expect their staff to be in hospital or holiday as a reason for them to hold your car prisoner. Customer service is non existent, rude, unhelpful and quite simply the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Three days away from legal action before repair was started.
