I have recently purchased a 1999 Breitling Aerospace from Tristan at Mainspring Watches. A bit of a grail watch for me. From the moment I made initial contact with Tristan until I received the watch a few days later the whole process was an absolute pleasure. The customer service offered throughout by Tristan was nothing short of exemplary. I negotiated a trade in of a couple of watches without any difficulty. In fact Tristan was more than keen to accept a trade in which appeared to be his preferred option. So if it's something that you may have in mind just ask. The whole process was incredibly smooth. I couldn't be more pleased with the Breitling, it's in superb condition exactly as described. In short I couldn't recommend Mainspring Watches more highly. A five star experience. This is how all watch dealers should be!

Open all hours. I found my dream Autavia on Easter Sunday and Tristan very kindly responded the same day. I then collected it on Bank holiday Monday. The way they are gives great confidence in the world of luxury pre owned watches. Thank you for your time and efforts. Sorry for the slow review.

Normally buy watches face to face but the watch I wanted was hard to find, therefore nervously I entered into the process of buying, as you read of scamming and people losing money through online shopping.

I bought a 1983 Rolex Seadweller from Tristan. Perfect gentleman, sent pics and vids and answered all my questions fast !! Shipped immediately, tracked all the way to my door....Very knowledgeable and keen to chat watches (and BMW's) genuine company. If they have your 'Dream watch' pull that trigger !!! Highly recommended, I will be back again when funds and missus allow.

Decided to trade a vintage TAG for a newer TAG GMT. Dealt with Tristan who was super helpful and was happy to take my old watch as a trade. The deal was completed quickly and efficiently. This is the second watch I have bought from them. Excellent friendly staff. The delivery time was unbelievable I had my new watch by 09.30 on the day stated. The follow up from them was first class I cannot fault it in anyway. I will definitely be buying again and would recommend them to anybody. First class job.
