I had a really disappointing experience with Mainstage. I contacted them multiple times asking to change ferries in my booking, but they ignored my requests and left the original ones in place. Despite sending an email chain clearly showing that I had asked for the changes, they refused to refund me for the extra ferry bookings that I didn’t need. Instead, they told me I could use the money as credit—but only for “extras” within my booking. The problem is, I had already booked all my extras, so this “credit” was useless. In the end, they essentially kept £140 without offering any real opportunity to refund it in time. Very poor communication and customer service—I wouldn’t book through them again.

Absolutely terrible. Booked for Snowboxx 2020 and the event was cancelled. Despite the T's and C's stating a refund would be given, this has not been offered to me and i have been "automatically" deferred to the 2021 dates despite me stating on numerous occasions i did not wish for this to happen. I have been offered a partial refund £700 of the £2000 outlay but even 2 months later I ma yet to receive the refund and Mainstage are not answering emails.

Fantastic company!
Travel with them every year for their ski festival. Sadly 2020 festival was unable to go ahead due to Covid19 but the team posted updates as when they were needed. Customers given a choice of refund or a better deal on the 2021 festival.
They've handled the cancellation/Covid situation brilliantly despite a small minority of people relentlessly posting the same daft questions on social media without reading or understanding the T&Cs.
Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again

Scammers don’t going anywhere near them , appalling customer service and change terms and conditions on bookings once you have booked. Appalling company can never get hold of
