A great improvement in last several years.

Mainstar Trust Company streamlined my investment process to the point where it took very little input from me personally. Through this process I gained a great deal of respect for Mainstar employees which will lead to further business in the future.

Phenomenal experience. Team is very responsive and helpful.

It never takes long to speak with a representative and they always answer my questions. Excellent customer service!

1/ Conferred with MainStar about what forms were needed, and also acknowledged with staff that there was ample time for me determine next steps. However, my out of town family member were constantly telephoned requesting my personal information. As I understand from staff's explanation, the "representatives office" (I have no idea what that even is) repeatedly ignored my multiple written requests to not call my family.

2/ After all this constant pursuit, my account was created but couldn't be accessed online to navigate around; and from Mainstar's website reports, the account appeared empty for an extensively long time (weeks and weeks). I emailed and asked about this, and received account credentials many weeks later.

3/ My preference is to have another entity be the custodial agent, but that was met with so much displeasure from Mainstar. I don't care for this company, nor its unethical practices. The end.

Mainstar Trust provides excellent service at very reasonable fees. I have 3 separate accounts with them and their responsiveness and professional is terrific. I highly recommend them.

I called with a question. The person who answered the phone happened to have recently worked on my wife's account and was already familiar with the transaction in question. She not only knew the answer, but also explained the process which was new to me. Her words were informative and her tone was pleasant.

Heck, talking with her was such a pleasant experience, that if I am ever having a down day I think I will call Mainstar with another question.

I was told I would not incur ANY fees, yet, was charged all these fees. I was promised I would get someone to call me back, as I sent an email verbalizing my concern and I NEVER heard back. So much for customer service.

Long process to transfer account from former financial holder

All gong good - Have had very good service through this process

My husband has been trying to cash our account for a month. We get one excuse after another for why we cannot get our money. This company is very difficult to work with.
We are seriously considering taking legal action.
