The fact that 57% of the reviews here are negative should tell you something. I hired Mainstreethost to do SEO for me in May, and my website is still invisible on Google. When I have contacted my rep about this, I've been repeatedly told "It takes time." Well, you've had 4 months and I have not had a single inquiry as a result of my website. Time is money and I have spent both with no return on my investment.

Ryan has always been very polite, concerned to help me with whatever my concerns are and follows through quickly and keeps me posted!

This company is a scam. I used them for a whole year and they were useless. No noticeable improvement in the business website rank or leads. Websites that were managed by Fiver freelancer ($200 a year cost) ranked better than their service. Avoid at all cost.

Mainstreet host, (James P.) WOW, you never disappoint., I have been with this company for over 4 years now and they go above and beyond what most companies in this industry would, with a great attitude and genuine motives, they really care about your business and growing it to the best of their ability, and what an amazing ability they have. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! Could not and will not run my business without them.

I’m not sure what this company’s issue is . The entitlement is beyond me. The fact that I received calls back to back is crazy. Then the last phone call I received was the icing of the cake. “ a’employer here “ wants to be entitled leaving me a voicemail basically saying why did I unsubscribe to her emailing list, I didn’t have to do that. And waste her time. Lol that’s business. Their are ppl who waste time daily. You can’t get mad at that. That’s what you signed up for, I’m not obligated to reply to anyone or be subscribed to anyones email list. Who do you think you are??????????? And with that being said this is why I didn’t call back or anything I thought it was off the constant calls from different numbers is really crazy to me .

Now please sense This employer feels entitled for a response back. Let’s make this CLEAR for the WORLD to see! Do not message or call me anymore. There, you got your response that you’ve been desperately itching for.

So far I'm 3/4 of the way through a year and the only time I hear from them is to run the CC... and that's only because I change it to get them to call me otherwise I don't hear from them at all. I've requested multiple times that I'd like to go over my acct with someone and they say they'll be in touch to set that up, bill the CC, and then 'poof' - ghosted... That's ok, you'll call to make this happen before you get your next payment...

From start to finish communication was awesome and rewarding! I kept abreast! My thinking, thoughts regarding my business objectives, were all solve and the final project fulfilled, and brilliantly reflexes what South Side Roots Inc., Is about in its industry! I gave this firm a lot of money to do seo and website content. Signed a one year contract 12/20. They put some effort in the first month but after that, it was one quick phone call each month by the account coordinator followed by an email with a ranking and traffic report, The account manager who sold me the 12 month plan spoke to me twice. In December 2020 and December 2021. Set up my google ad spending, but did not even monitor it for me. They will blame covid for the poor performance of my web site endeavor, but that was not the case. The company did not put in the effort or the time on my site.
