SCAM WARNING: Sent a cheap bracelet instead of my order
I had a terrible experience with this company. My husband ordered three jumpers, and we received an email confirmation with a tracking number stating they had been dispatched.
However, when the package arrived, it was a tiny envelope containing nothing but a cheap red string bracelet. They used the official tracking number for this 'scum' item to make it look like our actual order had been delivered.
Thankfully, our bank recognised this as a known scam and has already refunded our money. Do not trust this site—they are professional scammers who send junk to 'prove' delivery while keeping your money for the actual items. Avoid at all costs!

Awful!!! Stay away. Having tried to cancel an order that had been with them a free days. They then rushed it out of the warehouse. It arrived today in the smallest dirty packaging. There are no labels in the item. No washing instructions. It supposed to be a mess medium but it's very small. There is white thread on the shoulder. No quality and it choose £45.

Awful.

Returns, I have just found out it's only available through China!!

I have requested a returns note and don't know how I'll get on.

You could get better from a market stall at £5

I feel so conned and next is trading standards if I don't get my refund quickly.

I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered as it was just as everyone says a bit of a scam...I tried to cancel my order long before it shipped and of course they wouldn't do it and then when I am trying to return the item they won't give me the address--and go through a whole thing about how you have to ship to Asia at your own expense...horrible site..and the same items are on Amazon and ship and return for free!!

I waited three weeks for my blouse to arrive. When it did arrive it arrive the feel and look of it was cheap and it was DAMAGED. The button hole was torn. I followed the refund procedure on their website which was to email them with photo and details. I did so - no response. I repeated it only to be told my email (to the correct address given on the website) was "undeliverable". A very disappointing waste of money. AVOID. They do have the disclaimer on their website that their warehouse is in Asia and that the shipping cost born by the purchaser would be high. This does not sound promising even in the unlikely event that one may get a response ...........

Long wait for the blouses to arrive. Quality and fit extremely poor. Returns process doesn’t seem to exist - asks you to email to approve return and they will give you a returns address. Despite repeated emails I have had no response whatsoever. Can’t get a refund Avoid at all costs.

The jacket looks nothing like the pictures. Cheap crap. Don’t get sucked in like I did people . I’ve asked to return them with no reply despite repeated emails. The company is obviously set up to rip people off. Have thrown the “jackets” out absolute rubbish
