I have yet to receive my order and it's been over two months. I never received a tracking number and I inquired twice about it. Customer service gave me the same reply twice. The exact same reply. I really don't expect to receive the merchandise. I'mean pretty sure I can't get my money back. This is a scam to take your money.

Don't waste money here. You can find the exact same brush on SHEIN. Search for "Peigne de massage shampoing", 1€50, you are welcome.

Definitely my fault, I should have checked the reviews first. The brush arrived but it took ages, I haven't tried it yet but it looks extremely cheap, it's just a piece of plastic and the silicone bristles are not neat, they all have bits of silicone on the tip that look like they're not been trimmed, I don't know how to explain. For half the price you can buy it on amazon and probably receive a better product. Definitely would not order again.

...but actually my scalpy arrived! At first I thought it was a scam because neither the tracking order seemed to work, nor they did respond to my email. Moreover i paid more than what was written because there was some change (I think it's natural because i'm italian, but they didn't say it in their site!). Anyway someday it arrived (I think after 3 weeks) and i really like it a lot. I use it everyday before going to bed and everytime i take a shower.

Ordered 2 of the scalp brushes in February. Shipping took about 5-6 weeks(?) but I expected a long wait as COVID has slowed down the post here in Aus and it is international shipping. Received the products, they work exactly as advertised and my hair feels sooo clean. Gave the other to someone as a gift and they love it.

I should have checked the reviews first. I ordered, never even got a tracking number. There's no phone number for them. The web site is useless. I'm contacting the better business bureau.

I fell for another ad that was too good to be true. I purchased their scalpy product over a month ago and still received nothing. The ad had hundreds of positive comments and millions of views, and they had an actual website so I thought it to be the real deal. However, it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my product. I have been duped yet again. It ships from China so it will probably be the worst quality if and when I get it. The package still says it’s in China according to my tracking info. Shame on these folks running this hokey operation. They deserve to be shut down!! Bunch of con artists!

Do not put any details into this site. They will spam you with text messages EVEN AFTER UNSUBSCRIBING. They are invasive and don’t give you any opportunity to get in contact with them.

Changed my mind so didn’t actually check out, since then I’ve been bombarded with emails and text messages, I’ve unsubscribed Via the link provided however it made no difference. Emailed them to delete my data but they’ve taken no notice, since I didn’t actually check out and only have my PayPal email I think it’s terrible that they are being so needy

I was one of those people who got sold by the Facebook ad and bought two Scalpy brushes. After I bought it I began to feel like it was all a scam because of the tracking number they sent that didn't work and just the vibes I was getting from the website and emails they sent. But, my fears were put to rest when my package arrived today and the brushes are everything they claimed to be! I love the product so much. I will say they are overpriced because you can get basically the same thing on Amazon for less than half the price when you factor in free shipping, and the shipping took 2 weeks which isn't great. But, I'm pleased with the product and I'd say it's worth the wait.

I placed an order I received a tracking number that never tracked anything after waiting I tried emailing them to figure out what was going on, the email with the tracking number said to do that, I received an automatic reply forwarding me to their FAQ, which didn't answer my question the auto email said to use their chat, I got an auto response their too and when I tried to get an actual breathing person (it said if the auto message didn't answer your question you could speak to actual person) my question sat unanswered for hours at which point I gave up as it didn't actually give any clue as to if anyone would actually be coming to chat with me, most sites have a timer for how long you're are waiting or how long they expect your to wait to be there was none of that just total silence. The charge to my card ended up being from Singapore and had a different company name that I didn't recognize at all on my statement

Was bombarded with emails and text messages. Ridiculously expensive - can get teh same product for $4 at Kmart. Waited over 6 weeks for delivery. I tried to write a review on their website - disappeared!!

Ugh haven't received anything yet in the mail (and the tracking number doesn't work either). Definitely don't believe the good reviews off their website! There's also a random $0.16 charge that they won't explain for. Feel scammed for sure!

Don’t waste your money. Cost me x4 times the price of what the same thing was online elsewhere, it’s cheaply made. Feel a fool for purchasing. Would have actually given 0 stars feel completely scammed.

I'd give it a 0 if it was possible. Money was taken and no item was ever shipped. Multiple attempts to contact company fell on deft ears and when they finally did get back to me they refused a refund.

Never actually ship product. I think it is a scam
