The agents at Maison Bianchi seemed more interested in closing a deal quickly than genuinely helping me find the right property. I felt pressured into making decisions before I was ready and uncomfortable with how aggressive they were. It didn’t feel like a family-run agency that cares about its clients, but rather a sales-driven business pushing for fast results.

The listings on their website often present properties in an idealized way that does not match reality. In my case, the description promised “spacious” and “bright” rooms, but the apartment was cramped and poorly lit. It felt like bait-and-switch to lure in buyers.

The agency fees were surprisingly high compared to other local agencies, but the level of service did not reflect that premium cost. I felt like I paid extra for promises that were never fulfilled, and the value I received was disappointing.
