Poor Quality / Poor Customer Service

Just bought a 200€ raincoat in collab with Hunter: plastic button broke after 1 month. Ask Hunter or Maison Kitsune just for the replacement of the plastic button: impossible from both side. It’s not luxury if they don’t serve the customer. Luxury is all about the customer experience. This is just a shame, for a 1 USD button!!!

Lovely items

Lovely items, good customer service. Purchased few items and waited for a while for shipment but customer service reassured me I would receive them before I planned to move. In the end all was fine and I’m super happy with the items. Can’t wait for another archive sale!

This brand is a total scam

This brand is a total scam. After 1 year that I follow this brand, I can assure you cannot buy anything valuable trought their store. Every piece is made in china, the T-shirt quality is terrible, and you could buy a 100€ T-shirt that is very poor quality and vietnam-china made.
Don't believe their hype, their product are very ugly and way too overpriced. You'll buy H&M at the price of Stone Island

Terrible qualify

I had purchased a cardigan that was about $300, which is a hefty price thinking it’d be quality. However, after one wash, mind you i handwashed in cold water & it deformed badly. I contacted customer service and they refused to do anything cause it was purchased months ago. I only reported the issue because i just got to wear the cardigan recently. If i had known i had to wear it immediately in order to report the issue then I would have already. I never had an issue like this with other retailers. For such an expensive item, it’s unprofessional how they handled it.

Poor quality

I have purchased two wallets from this site. Both of them came with nicks and scratches. I bought the nylon compact wallet with the khaki color twice. I got them at a discount being half off, so $60. The original price is $120. The discount part shouldn't matter. It's supposedly a brand-new wallet. This is $120 we're talking about. I'm not asking for a happy ending. I'm asking for a new wallet. The wallet comes with all this fancy wrapping and packaging, which makes this more insulting. Since they were able to do all this fancy stuff to it with marks on it. There's no way no one noticed the damage. The first time there was an evident genuine tear in the inside, along with an unremovable scratch on the nylon material on the outside. The second wallet there was an evident scratch right on the front of the wallet. This is a luxury brand we're talking about. Most of there items go from $100-$300 for a single clothing item. I don't think I'm being irrational. I just want a good conditioned wallet, a new wallet. I shouldn't have to be suckered into keeping something because the delivery is long. With the return process being a pain. Sure I can acknowledge going in there store in person would probably be a better experience. Though I live hundreds of miles away in a different country so I'm being fair. Don't order from this site. I have no beef how this store might operate in person. See, I could've just bashed the whole franchise. Though I'm being fair, I'm just fed up with such poor quality online wise. After my second return goes through I'm deleting my Maison Kitsune account and I'm never buying from there brand again unless in-person. I'm a 20 year old college student. Who doesn't have the luxury of money to throw around. I just wanted to reward myself with a nice wallet since I haven't gotten one in years. Then bam! I get smacked in the face with this poor experience. Since the return takes from your return balance. I've lost money, time, and sanity putting up with this. This review is going to be sent to Maison Kitsune. They ain't gonna do crap to make up for this guranteed. If they do, I'll be the first to come back here and update my reivew and make ammends. Though this'll either be instantly discarded. Read and scoffed at then discarded. Or just simply un-read forever. People will always have different experiences good or bad. Though why take that chance? Think twice before you ever order from this site. This is a hip japanese based luxury brand. You'd think it would have good reviews? From the name, to the logo, to the designs, this brand seems and looks unique and neat. Though nope, don't get fooled. I wouldn't even gamble with this site unless your going in person. Or buying there product from another reseller that you know carries good quality. I hardly write reviews though this situation has ticked me off. Family, friends, and whatever people around me will know this experience whenver I hear Maison Kitsune brought up around me, be sure of that.

Very cumbersome return policy and…

Very cumbersome return policy and terrible customer service. Return shipping is NOT free and credit for return is store credit which is impossible to use. Website does not recognise the store credit and no help is forthcoming from customer service. Also, they allow only a very short time for use of the credit after which it expires and Maison Shabby Kitsune keeps the money.

Rip-off return shipping costs.

Rip-off return shipping costs.

Purchased some items. One item was too large. Returned it and Maison Kitsune have deducted over £22 for the shipping. Will not be buying again. Customer service was lousy too.
