Never order!

AWFUL customer service

AWFUL customer service. Two orders were placed, one with express shipping. Neither items have been shipped and I have had zero response to emails I have sent. Having spent £200 you would expect a lot more from what seems to be a luxury brand. Very disappointed.
Placed both orders for a wedding and now unlikely to receive either in time. Having read the below reviews I am now incredibly worried I won't receive the orders at all.

Item not arrived, no response whatsoever

Been waiting for my item to arrive since May which I paid express delivery for (7403). Have sent multiple emails and instagram messages with no response so had to take to writing a comment on their instagram page, which I then of course got a response. However, I still am waiting for a resolution and a response to my email which they stated on their instagram page response that they had sent back to me (they have not, I checked junk mail also) so lying to make themselves look better publicly on their profile.

Very frustrating to not even receive a response about an item that has not arrived for a high end priced swimwear brand. Should NEVER take this much effort to receive a refund for an item that has not arrived and don’t think this should be allowed. Will be taking further action and using all of these reviews going forward if I again don’t get assistance, shocking!!! AVOID

I’ve been waiting eight days for my…

I’ve been waiting eight days for my order to ship. order # 7358. still no response I’ve reached out via email & DM. I need someone to respond back to me as soon as possible and ship my order as this was very expensive.

update I received it - I heard back after sharing my concerns and they responded promptly. I did not hav access to a tracking # I am not sure why earlier. I appreciate them getting back to me now

I placed an order in July - never arrived and they don’t reply to my emails

I placed an order in July, it was marked as delivered but never arrived. I wrote to customer service to say there was a mistake with delivery, they acknowledged the delivery was marked as a different state to where I was and assured me they would send out a new delivery with my order. They never did this, and just stopped replying to my emails. They fully ghosted me, when I commented on their Instagram they delete my comments so other customers can’t see this. I’ve been emailing them for three months.

Fantastic customer service!

Shocked to see such negative reviews after my great experience. I ordered the wrong size and customer service was so helpful kind and responsive that they ensured my order came to me with the correct size despite my mistake. Such a cute suit and I’ve gotten tons of compliments ❤️🩷🧡

The worst quality ever experienced and

I bought a bikini from this company and wore it in the water as well as I was tanning. After 5 hours use the bikini was completely destroyed as the buckle got discoloured, the details fell off and material got ripped without anything happening in particular. The company doesn’t help me or its customers as this is clearly a faulty item. This is a warning for everyone who possibly would like to order from this company - just don’t. You’ll loose 140 euros for nothing, better to buy from another bikini brand. The customer service ignore my emails and I get no responses from them what so ever.

Not going to lie a little shocked…

Not going to lie a little shocked seeing the bad reviews. I ordered a white swim costume for my hen and I think it’s a really flattering fit. I’ve given 4/5 as sizes are questionable, I do agree. I’ve never bought an XL before ha but it does fit perfectly, after buying a few high price items this year it does seem the more expensive the smaller the sizes, so I did size up tbf so yes sizing needs looking at. Shipping was a little lengthy but no at all bad compared to some retailers. I thought quality and design were both worth the price in my opinion. Out of all the expensive swimsuits I have bought for this hen this is one of the most flattering.

Look at the reviews-Horrible quality, sizing and customer service!

Look at the reviews! Everyone can't be wrong. This company had some HORRIFIC quality...and like the others said, the sizing was WAY WAY OFF. I sent everything back, (which cost me about 35 dollars, USD) only for them to say things were not returnable and that if I wanted them back, I would have to pay around 15 dollars USD for delivery! Never ever have I worked with a company with such horrible customer service. I would have even given them a chance and gotten a different item if they had just issued a store refund but no! I spent around 250 dollars for nothing...I basically feel like I've gotten scammed. I might asked them to send back the bikinis so I can do a THOROUGH youtube review showcasing the horrific quality of these suits. It's honestly shocking that this place is still able to operate. Absolutely crazy. Stay away at all cost unless you like throwing away all of your money.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Taken from May to end of October to sort issue out. The lack of customer services is shocking. I will never purchase from this company again.
Be careful about sizing and they do not accept returns.

Finally found solution to my problem!

Bought a product which didn't specify about additional taxes in the relevant information for the item (under the shipping+returns tab).
Received email from the courier company that I had to pay additional taxes and contacted their customer support to advise on the matter.
Customer support was unfortunately slow in responding, perhaps due to circumstances we're all living.
(The 10 something euros they charge for shipping costs appear when proceeding with purchase.)

Finally received the reimbursement for the purchased item that I didn't receive, thus correcting the review to update the feedback.
