Item ordered on 12th Jan. Never received, they never responded and now the website is down.

Ordered item. Money taken from account 16/01/2018, unable to access website to check on order status and after seeing other reviews I'm not holding out any hope of receiving the item or a refund :(

They have defrauded me. Parted with the money, no item. No communications.

Disappeared with the money just like that. Unbelievable.

I ordered a Philips Espresso machine 11 days ago. Order status says 'awaiting fulfilment', I've tried contacting them via website (no phone number) without success. Fast & Free UK Shipping… I don't think so.

Item not received, contact letters unanswered. Impossible to access seller.

ordered an item on 9th December and recieved payment and order conformation, loged on a week later to see when it was due to arrive to fine order status as "refunded".. however still no redund.. no comunitication from the numerous emails, Facebook messages iv sent.

I ordered a Philips coffee machine from these people without having seen the reviews. Very bad mistake. e-mailed them about delivery - NO reply. Eventually the machine arrived (from Spain) and it has a 2 pin european plug. No reply to further e-mails asking how to exchange or return the item.

Be well aware they do NOT have any phone number - you cannot contact them. Forget any chance of claiming under the guarantee as you will never get any response. Buy from Amazon, Argos or any other well known reputable company but do not risk this company.

Ordered an item and money taken from bank. after 2 days item was in awaiting shipping status.
After 3 days it was still in awaiting shipping status.
After contacting them some time went by before getting a reply, they said they would check delivery status.
After 7 days item is still awaiting shipping and no reply to any follow up support tickets.

Update. Day 8 after more support tickets, I was issued a refund as item was out of stock. Strange as it was in stock to order.

Let's just say, after no review on trust pilot for 6 month until this one, I decided to try them. But if you choose to use them, do so at your own risk. You have been warned.

Found them on google shopping, they were the cheapest advertised but what they don't snaekily include is the VAT and you don't know this until you checkout, every other company is transparent about exactly how much the product is with VAT and delivery. That's why they come up as the cheapest. But with VAT added they are the most expensive.

My laptop had been acting strange for quite a while, it was slow always stalking but once these guys got hold of it, it was like new!! Can't recommend enough! 5 stars!!!

Bought my new laptop from here and I couldn't have asked for better service! They answered all the questions I had really quickly and the delivery was prompt. A great product for a great price! Will be using again in the future :)

I was in need of an INTEL. Core i5 4460 LGA1150 Socket Processor as the final component for a project I was completing. I ordered on Tuesday and had it in my hand on Thursday. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend.
