Very quick answer and took care of my issue with no problems

Great machine, quality control needs a little attention. Two brackets did not have the holes drilled out. Luckily I have a drill press and the know how to correct the problem. This would be a huge problem for customers without the means to correct.

I’ve been training seriously for years, and buying the Major Fitness B52 with nearly every attachment available has completely transformed the way I work out. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this machine.

The build quality is exceptional. It’s solid, sturdy, and feels like equipment you’d find in a commercial gym — but it’s sitting right in my home. I’ve put it through serious sessions and it hasn’t missed a beat.

What really changed the game for me is the time I’ve gotten back. No commute, no waiting for equipment, no wasted time — I just walk up and train. With a demanding schedule, that’s priceless. I’m actually working out more consistently now than I ever did with a gym membership, simply because the friction is gone.

The versatility of the B52 combined with all the attachments means I never feel limited. Cable work, functional movements, strength training — it’s all there. It’s essentially a full gym in one piece of equipment, and the attachments only multiply what you can do with it.

If you’re serious about training and value your time, stop hesitating. The B52 is the real deal. Best money I’ve spent on my health, full stop.

The stickers could store better. I had a set that was a little crumbled.

Probably the worst shopping experience of my life.

1. Ordered the B52 Pro.
2. Was told it was on back order and they wouldn’t have my color. A customer service rep tried to convince me to get another color. Meanwhile, the color I wanted was still showing as available on the website—very deceptive and shady.
3. I waited patiently. I received the set weeks late. It was supposed to come in five boxes. I received only four and could not build it. They completely lost one of my major packages.
4. I escalated until I received the last box, which took weeks.
5. I received the box. Three major pillars were damaged. Two were seriously scratched or dented. The third, the pillar with holes for the cable gliders, had holes that were completely misaligned and drilled off-center, making the cable gliders completely non-functional.
6. Waited weeks for replacement pillars. Finally received.

The machine works alright, not bad. The assembly instructions aren’t great. The quality of parts feels a bit cheap, but it gets the job done. But the shopping experience was so abysmal that I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Go with someone else, even if you have to pay more. It would take a lot to turn my opinion of Major Fitness around.

You guys are awesome. You guys fix the problem immediately and I love that didn’t have to go back-and-forth with BS so I really appreciate you guys fixing the problem. You guys are the best. I will recommend you guys to anybody.

I would like to start by saying I’m not sure the individual who wrote the instructions has put the B-52 pro together before. Step one was scattered amongst all the boxes so everything had to be open and laying out on the floor to get step one done. This is probably my chief complaint. Other than that. I’m very happy with the finish product and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

The equipment is top of the line. The customer service is top of the line. I had no problem putting my B52 smith machine together and it works better than advertised. Great company with great equipment.

Product was great and delivery was great. Setting up the rig took about 4 hours. Some of the instructions took a bit to decipher

I purchased the b52 EVO on 3/1 not knowing it was a pre order but when I reached out they let me know when to expect it and even pushed it up as soon as they could. It came in 1 coffin with everything which put my mind at ease not having to wait for any other shipments. The price was very fair and the assembly wasn't to difficult. The height was just perfect for my basement as I'm from the Midwest and want to be able to use it year round without having to deal with the cold in a detached garage. My ceiling was 83.5inchs and it barely fit. This machine is everything you could want in a home gym and well worth the price.

I ordered the b52 pro for a major garage gym transformation and it's changed my life. Building it took hours and will need some assistance on certain parts but its well worth it. There might be minor issues with the Smith machine Barbell where one side hovers and the other side is locked in place but the Facebook group discusses this issue often and there's an easy fix to it. Other then that it's a smooth working machine and I don't regret my decision on purchasing. Also I ordered the blue and it's a cool color, highly recommend

Major Fitness has really stepped up their game with the AH64 Bench and Leg Roller attachment! The build quality is excellent.
