I opened up an account then made my 1st deposit and the next day I could not log in and to reset my password it would give a different email so I called and they corrected my email and login but my money was not there, filed a dispute and they say nothing can be done unless y send some kind of proof that I did not authorize the transaction, and how would I have that if my account was hacked, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they do t have a way to transfer calls. This institution is not good

I am extremely disappointed with Majority Bank. They have been holding my money for almost five months, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my funds. To make matters worse, they closed my account without returning my money or providing a clear explanation.

This experience has been stressful and unacceptable. A financial institution should be trustworthy and transparent, but my experience has been the opposite. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this bank.

Worst banking app experience ever.
MAJORITY closed my account with money still inside and then refused to unblock it or return my funds. Their response was vague, hiding behind “internal risk assessments,” and they refused to explain or help.

No transparency, no customer protection, no accountability. Use this app at your own risk.
