Ordered a Mother’s Day bunch of flowers and for the price was very disappointing. They started to die the next day and no flower food came with it. Even in a supermarket you get a sachet of flower food. Overall for the price I wouldn’t be using them again.

It is a shame that you didn't contact me directly as soon as you had the problem, because I would have liked to have been able to rectify the situation straight away.
We rarely get complaints like this, but working with perishable plant materials occasionally does present problems. We have to follow the codes of practice set by our suppliers and have to supply them with photographic evidence within strict time frames .
Hearing about your problems for the first time, over two weeks after the original flowers were sent out and not knowing what problem you have had makes it difficult to resolve.
But please feel free to contact us and I will endeavour to do so.

Fantastic flowers and fantastic service. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, i.e. they placed a special card I sent them to deliver with the flowers and even emailed me a photo of the selected flowers so I could see them before they were delivered. My friend was very happy when she got them and I would highly recommend them.
