Absolutely horrible customer service I ordered my husband a gift 5 weeks ago I Emailed them and the email gave me no information just said that they are working on it and will send it as soon as they can I even paid extra to have 1 to 3 day shipping and they have not even sent my items yet I am starting to think that I will not even receive my items

Dont expect any customer support even if your item is well over a month late.

Never again!!!!!!!

Ordered weeks ago , still no delivery and when emailing (if they even respond) you can’t get any sense out of them, kept getting the same reply “sorry we will dispatch soon a s possible” and then with the poor excuse that systems are down. can’t give me an expected delivery date (already been 4 weeks) Spoke to Susan sun a number of times via email who offered me 5% refund to keep my order, then a 40% refund when I still wanted a refund. Luckily I payed through pay pal and got my full refund.

Wish I could give them a zero star review.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and payed for express. The item hasn't even been made yet. Everyone I contact them I get a different excuse.

I ordered custom pajama bottoms as a birthday gift for my 48 year old sister that just had bilateral mastectomies. The email receipt said I would receive my order within 5-9 business days. Order confirmed 1/18/20 and on 2/2/20 was issued a refund because they couldn’t get my order to me by 2/7/20. I was told they were working on logistics. Should have read these reviews first before ordering

Got the pajama set as a gift for my wife and she could not stop laughing when she saw them. I was also able to get it in time by emailing the company personally about the date I had hoped to get it by. They responded and made it happen :)

Nothing but good to say! I'm using these sicks for some marketing and just love them! My clients are getting a kick out of them as well! Highly recommend them!

After discovering this website as the only source for my creative gag gifts I placed my order without expecting grand things.
However, I was informed with shipping details and the order was shipped within 3-4 weeks. This being standard for an overseas company I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package after 5 weeks. Yes, it was a large wait and if you were in desperate need of a gift this service would not suit your standards, however in my case I am pleasantly surprised and would order again.

When promised a Partial Refund, they never processed it & THEN PayPal Agrees with THEM?

I placed an order on January 18th. The site is advertising Valentine deals so I assumed that met my order would arrive by Valentines Day. Boy was I wrong. I checked my order status 1/27 and it said "processing". I emailed customer service to see if my order would arrive on time. The first response I get was it is Chinese New Year so nothing will be shipped until 2/1, I responded back if my order is shipped 2/1 then I will keep it, otherwise cancel the order. I then get another email saying nothing will be shipped anytime soon. Due to the virus nobody is working. If you are ordering for Valentine's Day I suggest you look elsewhere. Seems like they have every excuse why not to work.

I ordered two pairs of socks and uploaded photos of my girlfriend and me. When I received my order, our faces were separated unlike what the advertisement showed. It looks like the workers at the company printed our photos and cut our heads out with scissors! In a nutshell there are both very bad products we received. They don't look anything nearly as nice as the advertisement. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

I am very happy with my order and the customer service I received. The product was just what I ordered and the company communicated with me the whole time and even gave me tracking information. My order arrived on time and I’ve happily sent it off to my friend as a gift.
I was worried after reading the reviews. My experience was excellent.

I had a very good experience with this company. My order arrived and made me just laugh out loud--a photo of my friends printed on socks--and done very well. Yes it took way too long to get my order but when I had a problem with the photo cropping, they redid it immediately. I can't complain about their customer service at all. And when I gave my friends the socks with their photo on them, they couldn't stop laughing. It's the best gift for anyone! I don't understand the bad reviews. My experience was just great.

My items took 65 days to get my items. I ordered items a month before Christmas. I was so embarrassed at Christmas because I'd been talking about the items all month.

I'm only an extra star because the blanket was cute.

My order arrived January 3 after being ordered with expensive expedited DHL shipping on December 4. Actually, I had cancelled the order via email on the same day I made it when I realized the item wouldn't work for me. But they waited four days before responding by email to say it could not be cancelled because it was being filled. After my third complaint Vivi (Lily Wang?) offered me a measly 10% discount on the merchandise, but the item only cost half of the expensive "expedited" shipping cost. Avoid these people.

You disregarded my cancellation and taken my money for expedited shipping that I did not receive.

I demand that you refund the $22.95 I paid for fast shipping.

Stay out of this awful company!!!!!!! Don’t ever ever order anything from them. It’s just a fraud. They “lost” my package in the mail and I was going on emails with them for over 3 months and this is just me doing you a favor- don’t do business with them, you’ll lose your money and so much time of your life dealing with this bunch of frauds.
I’m seriously emotionally exhausted after dealing with them.

AWFUL. And will STEAL YOUR MONEY. After about a month+ of waiting, I finally received my order and it wasn’t right. Contacted customer service within 30 days to make the return...convinced me to pay EXTRA for shipping costs for the item to be redone. It’s been about 2 months and counting and NOTHING. Contacted twice and no response. Completely cheated out of $30. Ridiculous. Wish I read their reviews first, sounds like they have a knack for this kinda thing. Sad.

Horrible merchandise. Socks way too tight, pants too short. Poor quality. Lie about location and shipping dates. No proofs ever sent.
Changed my design without my permission! No refunds!

I placed my order on Nov 25 and received it on Dec 27. When I received my order, it was wrong. I contacted the company and was told that they would reprint, I still haven’t received the second order. I contacted the company and they stated the order was lost and asked if they could reprint so I requested a refund. They are trying to get around the refund now. Do not order from this company!

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible company and a bunch of liars. I had to deal with three different people about my order that I ordered back in the middle of NOVEMBER. I never got a straight answer from anyone. I NEVER received the item nor got my MONEY back which I requested. This company is unreliable, terrible, and unprofessional. Don’t waste your money on any of their products.
