Socks never arrived. Tracking showed they’d been delivered to the wrong state - and it was about 8 weeks after I’d ordered anyways.
The wouldn’t refund so I opened a case with PayPal about them.
Now (5 months after the order) I get an email from them saying they have lost a lot of money (it was a $20 order I never received so why would they keep it?) and do I want to help them solve this problem. So unprofessional.

I ordered socks off Makefacesocks.com for my husband for Christmas. After seeing reviews on here, I tried to cancel the order. We went back and forth for a few minutes and they sent me a picture of the socks, and they turned out amazing! I'm not sure under what circumstances the other reviewers encountered, but they made me a really beautiful pair of socks! Here are the socks and the image I sent them:

They even cropped his face to make the image look better with the sock! Amazing, I had a great experience contrary to the reviews below.

Order was received 4 days after scheduled date and 2 of the pairs pictures came out funny. They refused to work with me to fix them. I wouldn't recommend them. I'm ordering from another company today.

Purchased socks the beginning of February and still have not received. I have reached out and they kept saying they will look into it and that they haven't heard anything. I just want my money back at this point. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

A face and a half😠
Was not satisfied with product. Ordered three pair. Each pair had one and half faces printed on them instead of just the one face of the dog. I have been communicating back and forth since December. Very frustrating. Not very timely responses. Don’t stand behind product. Just been getting the run around. There are lots of companies/e-stores out there that do this kind of thing. Don’t use MakeFaceSocks. Boo!!!

Do not trust them! I ordered them on Jan 10 and it is feb 6th and still have not received them, I asked for a refund as I still haven’t gotten them and they only sent me a screenshot of my tracking which has not moved in days. If I ever get me refund or the socks I will change my review but so far no luck.

STEER CLEAR!
I purchased 6 pairs of custom printed BLACK socks. After about 3-4 weeks, I received 6 pairs of WHITE socks with black ink stamped on the background. Customer service explained that is how they are made and offered to REPRINT them at a reduced rate. (Now why would I give them even more money to reprint on white socks again?) I had pay pal intervene and the company then offered to refund my money IF I returned the socks to CHINA AT MY EXPENSE. Shipping would be $23. Clearly that will dissuade most people from seeking a refund - it's not like they could sell the socks to someone else... It's a cute idea with a terrible execution and a website that falsely represents their product and no place to post a REAL review. There seem to be many online companies that do the same thing. (Oddly their sites all look similar.) All i can say is stay away from this one.
