I am a provider for Headway and Headway is awful
I am a provider for Headway. Their customer service and support is awful. They rely too much on AI and there are major issues with billing and how to write notes for cancellations and no shows. it is cumbersome to use and very frustrating. Stay away from headway

No instructions, just stories.
It said it was filled with helpful books that can change your life but every single one that I picked had nothing but people’s life stories in it. Not one of them had actual instructions, just sob stories. I wasn’t looking for motivation, I’m already seeking help, I’m motivated. I needed the actual help. One of the book titles actually said it had a list of small ways to change your life. There was no list, it was about a man’s journey through the navy. One of the books was actually a fictional story about a shepherd who followed his dream. Seriously? How does that instruct me to change my life? After the 7th book I’m done! Cancelled my subscription. It’s useless!

The content did not match up to the instagram marketing. Felt like a cool concept only to get into the app and it be summaries of outdated books I probably would never have chosen.
