Refund handled quickly and good experience overall”

I want to highlight the work of the specialist Mia.

I had an issue with a subscription refund — the payment was charged automatically, so I had to contact support.

Mia replied very quickly, politely, and straight to the point. She immediately looked into the situation and helped resolve the issue. In the end, the refund was processed without any problems.

I also want to say a few words about the service itself. The website is really convenient and well designed. It’s easy to build a CV, there are good templates, and it’s very simple to change the format and generate different versions of the document. This makes the whole process much easier.

Overall, the support works well, responses are fast, and they actually help solve problems. It left a good and positive impression.
